4 years and still not complete

Unbelievably I have been waiting 4 years for this company to complete my garden room. Contract signed 01.05.2021Work started Sept 2021Majority of work completed Dec 2021Majority of money paid Dec 2021That's when the problem started, promises to complete the job broken, telephone calls ignored, text messages ignored, emails ignored, excuse after excuse.4 years later, still not complete, still being ignored.....I've had to formalise things with consumer advice and trading standards......zero customer service or satisfaction.I just hope we can get the job completed and forget about this nightmare.

Horrible Experience with Garden Rooms by Creative

Dealing with Garden Rooms by Creative has been the worst customer experience I have ever had, involving serious communication issues, ignored e-mails and waiting weeks or months for a response. There were very significant delays (months) to the build, partly because they would not reply to my communications, and further delays of many months once the building was about finished. I felt that I had to keep on them constantly and that they showed a significant lack of attention to detail. Things they promised to do failed to make it into the contract, leading to very significant problems later - in particular, the building ended up being damaged because certain protective work the company had promised to do was not done until it was too late to avoid damage. I feel that they dealt very unreasonably with me at almost every stage and at times their tactics seemed deliberately intimidating, but I finally had to draw a line under this awful experience, although I remain very unhappy with where this has left me.
