Tom arrived quickly after I made contact. He was well equipped to service my gas boiler which he did fully and efficiently explaining what he was doing in an easy to understand manner. He then checked my gas meter telling me it was a commercial size and that I would pay less for my gas if my supplier replaced it with a smaller meter. In the 30+ years I have been here no one has explained this previously or checked the meter which was replaced only a few years ago. He looked at other plumbing jobs I needed, again explaining how he would carry them out, and promised to send an estimate for the work. All for a very reasonable charge.
