Extremely bad communication / service
Dealing with their Mexico City partners has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience. Very quick at replying initially but once you pay them money, they almost disappear! Take literally weeks to answer a single WhatsApp message. Sent my case around several people in their offices with each person seemingly having no idea about my specific case. Tell me that they will call me at 1pm to talk about my case and leave me waiting by the phone until 4pm. Just incredibly unprofessional. If you are looking for any EU citizenship by descent, I advise you to find someone else because they just leave you running around in circles after you have paid.
