So hard to get parts nowadays but this company is excellent. I only took a star off as the part i got did not have the measurement reading on the seat post like my original seat post

EXCELLENT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH CURTIOUS AND PROMPT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WICH I DO.IM FTOM CANADA AND NONE OF THE LOCAL BIKE SHOPE FOR GIANT SEEM TO GET ANYTHING. TRUST ME THESE GUYS ARE LEGIT AND QUALITY.

They are a wonderful company to deal with. I was having problems getting the free hub I needed, I spoke with them and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Really friendly and helpful. Will without doubt be using these again
