Gift cards change is definitely a thumbs down! First off your customer service crap I can never get a hold of anybody. I don’t even think anybody on this site really exist because I have not talked to one person about my payment. And on top of that it shows that you have a social site which leads to Facebook and Instagram and that’s false advertisement because when I hit on Instagram, it takes me to a a similar site called gcxshop.com. Upon writing a review about.Giftcardxchange I ended up writing a review on a different site that are similar to one another however gcxshop.com doesn’t exchange gift card from cash however they have happy customers and I feel bad for writing a review that wasn’t so pleasant thinking that it was giftcardxchange.com. When I’m trying to say is your site is faulty I can’t get a hold of customer service to receive my payment on selling my gift card and I hope that I get compensated one day because I sold the $200 gift card for $100 and I still haven’t received my payment.

Put my gift card info on their site to sell, they gave me an offer, I accepted but I have not received my payment and it's been 3 months. They won't respond to my emails, my chats and it just says now my card have been rejected but if course the balances have been drained on both my gift cards.

I email them they're unresponsive and finally got a email back they asked me to send which payment method I wanted so I did and this was 3days ago and again they ghost on me.
