Well after the second time you guys got…
Well after the second time you guys got the prescription right but they don’t tint green like I paid for!! The first time you sent the wrong prescription and then I had a crappy customer service person then I finally got a lady that was super nice the second time. But when I received them yesterday the didn’t have the green tint when I go outside! So I’d say somewhere between you all and putting the order in and who’s actually making your glasses for y’all is definitely costing yall money because they can’t get things right!!!! After waiting a month and a half for glasses I don’t think I’d order from yall again because of this!!

Highly recommended
Even when a mistake is made these guys make it right. Customer service folks are pleasant. This last pair I got are the absolute best pair I’ve ever had. Super satisfied

The price for the name brand frames was very competitive.
The price for the name brand frames was really good. The lenses appear to be just as good quality as I get from the optometrist. No fault of glasses.com, but the USPS took a bit longer than anticipated to deliver them.

Website was easy to use
Website was easy to use, I entered my insurance at the beginning but had to reenter it at checkout. Wish the discounted glasses were more accessible and the try on option were more realistic. Glasses took a while to be cut but once the were shipping was quick. Overall I would say it was a good experience and I would probably shop for glasses here again.

Well worth the wait

You Need a New Website Provider
What went wrong is the same thing that went wrong last time. The website sucks. The once very functional, but less glamorous website worked great--never had an issue.With this new site, I have had issues either ordering, uploading prescriptions, etc. This time I could not link my insurance and had to call twice to place my order.
