Overall, the service was excellent, but my only concern is that responses sometimes take up to 24 hours, which can be inconvenient if the issue is urgent. Aside from that, the rate was much better than what we usually pay, we received nearly instant confirmation, and the final cost matched exactly what was earlier quoted.
I've used them since the very beginning in 2012 and have never stopped. Best rates, very flexible and understanding staff and a very personalized service. What else could you possibly ask for?!

Great service. What I like the most is how seriously they took my "very" special requests. I travel with a service animal to nationwide conventions and we both have special requirements. The usual answer I always got from agents even big and famous websites was that "we'll forward your request to the hotel but we can not guarantee it". With GTP it was different, they made sure I got exactly what we needed. They even called me on the day of check in to make sure that everything went well and fulfilled by the hotel as promised which I sincerely appreciated. Will definitely use them for all my travels.

The team was very responsive to several emails from me asking questions, and also after my stay with my request to send my invoice to a different address. Everything was done efficiently and smoothly on their end, as well as by the property. All that was promised at the property was there, and it was a very good stay. Very professional, excellent for business travel, and would also be good for personal travel.
Excellent rates / serviceWe are working together with GTP since a few years and did the booking for our trade shows in Germany and the UK with them. Rates are great and service they offer is even better - quick question asked per e-mail? You get a feedback per e-mail or phone a few minutes after... Excellent -> 5 stars :)
They help with all reservations. More reasonable prices, very fast help, with problems is immediately helped.
