Excellent customer service!
Had an issue with one product I bought (not their fault but the product's manufacturer). Katya from customer service has been exceptional with quick responses and solutions. Definitely will buy from Go Electronic.com just because with their excellent customer service support.

Always satisfied
I frequently buy equipment from GoElectronic for an educational service. Their selection is great, the prices are competitive, but most of all the speed of their order fulfillment and shipping is superior. And their team (Tyler Hirsch ..and others, sorry I forget names) has helped me with some complex shipping situations as we send gear to various parts of the world. They are easy to reach and quick to respond in a human (not mechanical) fashion. Much appreciated in these times!

They provided prompt and helpful customer service.
Shortly after I submitted my order for a new camera, Go Electronic contacted me to inform me that my item was on backorder. As soon as it was back in stock (which was less than a week), I received an email notification that my camera had shipped. They upgraded my shipping to next day for free. I gave them no fit, but the treated my order with a high level of importance.

We were looking to upgrade the video recording system we used in for our church services. We had been considering moving into being able to do live streaming and video podcasts. I looked around at different sites and found GoElectronic.com They had some very good deals on camera systems but I had a few questions so I emailed them. I recieved a very quick response with all the info I needed. I emailed back and forth and was very pleased. I highly recommend shopping with GoElectronic

Recently bought a blackmagic cinema camera for a unbeatable price due to an extra coupon code provided to me by mail. I had a somewhat complicated order but Tyler from GoElectronic was very very helpful. Very fast and clear mail response and good shipping. Good products, reasonable price
I needed a controller for several Sony EVI cameras. I tried the RCC1000. It worked right out of the box. I've been happy with the way it works. Also, the control cables were priced reasonably.

Prompt, Efficient Service for a Specialist Product
