Tried to place an order

Tried to place an order, website doesn't allow you to add anything to cart, customer service says their 3rd party IT people confirm everything is working which it clearly is not. I have, as well as others tried different devices and browsers. Not a lot of effort on their end to rectify, so I took my business elsewhere.

Buyer beware......return shipping is real expensive

Bought two pair of men's shorts using my normal size. The shorts were way to small. To return the shorts for a refund (since I was reluctant to trust the size) it was going to cost me $17.40 which was $10 more than I paid to ship them in the first place. What a rip off.Buyer beware.

CRAP SERVICE

I have purchased from this “company” several times with only minor challenges. My latest purchase included a mystery box of 2 shirts in size large. They arrived and are more like medium. I have tried to reach someone to help by email and messenger over 4 times and have not received any replies. Form for returns other website is not working. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR RELIABLE SELLERS.

Still Waiting…

I have purchased merchandise from Golfetail since 2019, with multiple pages in my Order History. Additionally, I have referred countless golf Buddies to the site. Customer service was usually delayed, but eventually things were resolved. However, at the end of 2023, I attempted to clarify an email from them about a "store credit" due to a Flash Sale shortly after a purchase. I sent several emails, and tried calling as well. Needless to say, it is disappointing that I've yet to receive a response. They seem to forget it’s not about the next sale that keeps you in business, it's about the continued customer service quality.

Ridiculous return policy

Ordered two pairs of skechers golf shoes. After wearing one pair for a couple of weeks I realized they were too large and decided to return the pair I had not worn. After finishing the return and getting the return shipping slip they deducted $16, which included a restocking fee, from my $47 original purchase price. Cheaper to buy locally and not get ripped off with non legit charges to return.

Poor shipping policy

I received the golf shoes I ordered for my wife. They were shipped in the shoe box they came in- a piece of tape on the front and a label on top. the box of course was dented since they seem not to care about having repeat customers.I would suggest buying elsewhere, as I now will.

This is a hit or miss discount company

This is a hit or miss discount company. Have ordered many items, many have arrived without incident. Some items are very low quality if not named brands. My reason for writing is one of my last orders was listed as Brand Pebble Beach and when received was a discontinued brand I will not mention. When confronted, was given a dishonest answer, so will be a bit wary going forward ordering from them

Ordered a pair of Callaway shorts, size 30 waist, shorts were skin tight. I called to exchange, informed to wait for email to exchange, never received email. Contacted a 2nd time, no email. Sent an email to support, informed they don’t work with support. Received - partial refund. Do not do business with this company, they are not BBB Acredited, many poor reviews, no customer service.

Club came within 4 days super fast…

Club came within 4 days super fast service. Club is in new condition perfect. Did have sticker that said woman's Flex on it. That was an issue. I called them they had me send the pictures of it they resolved it just like that boom. I definitely recommend them good guys they answer the phone. Which is unusual in today's today's world.

Stay away

I placed an order for a set of irons through their eBay store. 4 days later they said they made a mistake on the price and should have charged me more. Instead of just honoring the price that I bought it for they told me to cancel my order and they would give me a whopping 8% discount off the price they said it should have been. The difference in the price I paid and the price they were going to “discount” it for was $350. Also, the “discounted price” they were offering me was the same price they had it regularly listed for on their website and the same price I could buy it at other retailers. Needless to say I was no longer interested in the clubs. On top of that I get a message saying that the “buyer” requested to cancel the item (which I didn’t) and because of that I can not leave feedback for the seller on eBay (hence why I am here to vent). I messaged saying I wanted the product that I bought but that message was ignored. Overall poor customer service and because of this I missed out on a different eBay listing that was a much better deal than this turned out to be. If they would have either honored the price that was agreed upon or at least gave a worthwhile discount to make up for it then we wouldn’t be here, but here we are and I am still without clubs. Take your business to someone who owns up to mistakes and doesn’t just have the customers take the fall for them.

Best apparel outlet.. I don’t know how they keep their prices so low but my whole closet is full of their gear. Fast shipping and great prices. I would recommend to everyone!

Liars and don't bother trying to make things right

I placed an order through their ebay store front. 5 days later they say item was mispriced, so they instead asked me to 'cancel' the order so that it doesn't look bad for them (and they get back their fees). Said for my trouble they would offer me 9% off... Wow, you are asking me to pay more than double what it was originally offered at. I responded to them that i still wanted the item and then was ignored. They just went ahead and cancelled my order and stated the reason that 'the buyer requested cancellation' - which was a lie to take away my ability to provide feedback on this transaction and violate ebay policy. Take business elsewhere.

Fraudulent Company Tactics

I purchased a set of irons from an ebay daily deal. The company messaged me 5 days later saying that they made a mistake and would like me to cancel the order and they will email me a coupon code to get the clubs for $599, which they said is a discount. The issue is that the clubs are listed on their website for $599, this in itself is deceptive. I replied to their message asking for a better resolution, even if it meant purchasing additional gear to help them offset some costs. Their response? Cancelling and refunding the order, stating that I was the one who requested the refund. This is NOT TRUE. I was not expecting them to violate ebays terms of use, and because of their fraudulent claim I now cannot leave feedback and they do not get a defect which hurts their seller status.
