Questionable company
This company is very questionable . Its transparency is zero and most likely its honesty..I ordered a Garmin watch on June 12th 2025 and today July 28th it has still not arrived. Money taken from my account but no goods supplied. Very poor response to emails. I feel this company is a total con job.. so do not purchase anything from them if you want value for your money. I’m very angry writing this & feel I have been scammed..

Is this just a fraud ?!??!
I ordered Garmin Approach S70 47mm Golf GPS Watch Black and paid for it. It would take 10-14 days now more than 45 day later still no delivery. I have mailed service safersupport but I don’t even get an answer. Is this just one big fraud!?!?!Anders Collin

No warranty service despite the legal 2 year warranty.No response whatever form the store on mail.And if you buy throughout Amazon hey provide only a 90 days warranty service policy so ;-(

Order a golf bag on 16th January 2015 which according to the company was in stock. There has been no delivery to date and all efforts to contact the company have failed to get a reponse.

I won´t use this webshop again
First example : Order given and at once money withdrawn from my card. No goods, but after many emails is it clear, that the goods are not in stock.
After a long waitingtime I cancelled the order, and got the answer, that a refund would be made now. Nothing happened and after many mails and after threats to make my Bank get the money back, I finally received my payment.
Second example: Ordered a sweater and a belt. Sweater OK, but belt was a wrong colour and no notifications about out of stock on the website. I have never received an answer to my complaint. and more tha 1 month has passed.

Succesful PAYPAL claim to get my money back from GOLFSTOREEUROPE
A PAYPAL claim was required to get my money back from GOLFSTOREEUROPE, after a long time of delays and trying to communicate with this online store.
They did not inform me the last the SKLZ Gold Flex Swing Trainer - Gold Flex Swing Trainer ID: 32952 was sold or not in stock. I had to email several times to get a reply. They also do not reply on weekends, so had to send extra emails through out the week days.
Then said it would be a few days before it was back in stock, so I wait ages and nothing happened. So more emails to get them to reply ! GSE then said item will take weeks to be in stock and said they would refund and would send to the information to their accounts department. But I was NOT refunded.
Luckily I bought the item with my PAYPAL account. Paypal also tried to contact GOLFSTOREEUROPE, but with no reply emails about the dispute meant I was fully refunded by PAYPAL ! Thank you Paypal. I'm not sure what else I could have done ? In 20 years buying online Ive never had this problem with any other online store. Everyone else keeps you informed with emails, if an item is out of stock they repay straight away, no problems like this ?

AVOID THIS COMPANY - AN ABSOLUTE JOKE
Do not deal with this company. First order of four shirts arrived very promptly. I returned one shirt for a refund - THIS SHIRT DID NOT ARRIVE AT THE WAREHOUSE FOR A REFUND??? I am still claiming this back from the Royal Mail.
I emailed and emailed with NO REPLY.
My second order of a putter did not arrive at all. They took my money, Did not send the putter and avoided ALL EMAILS.
EVERY TIME I TELEPHONED, I GOT THE MESSAGE "WE ARE BUSY DEALING WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS"
THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

They told me that it will arrive in one month and two months later I asked for a refund for this part of my order still had not arrived. They said "OK", in two weeks and then another week and then again 48 hours but I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY and it's been 4 months since I have nothing and no answers. This is a BAD and THIEVES site, IT HAVE STOLEN me $ 300 = 280 euros
