This was my first time ordering with Gotprint.com, it was highly recommended to me by a friend. The website was clean and organized, which I liked. However the website kept asking me for a code, which was a little frustrating. While fitting my design to the safe parameters, the process was a more manual then I would have liked, even hitting the button of fit to scale my design went way off and I had to manually adjust the design to fit correctly. Also because it was my first time ordering with this company I was trying to use the coupon code of " NEWNEW26" upon check out it stated my order didn't qualify with no explanation as to why. When I contacted the customer service, they told me to place the order and then they would ask their manager to give me a credit, but the credit was not guaranteed it was up to the discretion of the manager. Of Course, this being the first time working with GotPrint.com I was not comfortable with that option. I ended up figuring out another way to get a good discount working around the "NEWNEW26" coupon. I am a big Stickler for great customer service regardless of the industry and the customer service person I spoke to almost made me take my business elsewhere. The lady was pressuring and did not ease me worry to just blindly trust her. It was starting to feel scammy. I called my friend and they insured me your website was a legitimate one. So i started looking for a better way to get my discount and check out with out customer service. I am very tech savvy so that part was not difficult but another person might not find a solution to this problem.

I’m extremely disappointed with this…
I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s shipping practices. I was charged $17.78 for “economy” shipping on a very small package of labels, assuming it would at least be handled professionally. Instead of using UPS (which they used on my first order without issue), they switched to USPS — and the package was sent without a return address. My customer has a Restaurant business and they don't have a mailbox there. Postal service from what I now understand only delivers to their PO box.As a result, the shipment has been looping between facilities for days actually since February 20th and is now effectively lost in transit. It didn't matter I try to talk to a manager, at one point they said a supervisor was going to call me and never did.This was an order for my customer, and their shipping mistake reflects directly on my business. Charging nearly $18 for economy shipping and then failing to include basic shipping information is unacceptable and careless.I cannot recommend a company that cuts corners on fulfillment while still charging premium shipping rates.

Decent customer service in the end
I would have given 5 stars had they got my order to me. They DID refund after wanting to give me store credit. This was my first order, and if they couldn't execute it properly I wasn't risking placing another for the same thing to happen. They said the order was lost, but it never moved from the preshipment status. From a customer perspective, it never left their facility. The deception on this by passing the buck to the shipper and trying to force me into store credit is why they got 3 stars.

Order Local
I have been ordering from Got Print for years and am done. Have had issues with the colors. Now it's shipping. Ordered 250 business cards on 2-2-26. Should arrive by 2-26-26. 24 days? People, shop local like Office Max. You won't have to wait 3 weeks for your order.
