I don’t offer reviews on every single item purchased. (Who has time for that?) … But,I’m thankful that the notebook binders were available at a considerably lower price than other companies!
Terrible experience – inconsistent advice, poor communication, and unacceptable behaviourI am extremely disappointed with the care and communication at Govets.My puppy Darcy was first seen on 4 February 2026 due to pooing blood. We returned on 6 February because there was no improvement. At that appointment, one vet told us the situation was serious and advised X-ray and fluid injections. We explained that Darcy had very recently undergone anaesthesia for a tooth removal, so we wanted to hold off on further anaesthesia for the moment. The vet then clearly advised us to return on Monday for a stool (poo) test to check whether giardia was still persistent. We made this booking immediately.When we returned on 9 February, a different vet saw us and said they had “never ever” advised a stool test. Despite my insistence, he gave several contradictory and concerning explanations:1. He said it was written in a “textbook” that Panacur must be given for 10 days before retesting – which directly contradicts why we were told to come back on Monday for the poorest in the first place.2. He suggested this may have been due to my “English problem”, despite me having lived in this country for years. He then spoke privately to my boyfriend (who is English) after I left the room and asked whether he could UNDERSTAND him BETTER. This was deeply inappropriate and offensive.3. The receptionist was very kind and offered to ask the vet to speak with the previous vet to clarify the situation. He REFUSED, saying the previous vet was on holiday.4. At 6:45pm (after we had already been there over 1.5 hours, with the clinic closing at 7pm), we were told that if we “really, really” wanted the test, it COULD be done, but he claimed he was only trying to “save us money.”5. He explicitly said he had “looked it up ONLINE”, which is alarming to hear when your puppy has been pooing blood for almost a week.To make matters worse, he then prescribed another 5 days of Panacur and told us to come back in 7–10 days!! As we were leaving, he suddenly changed this to 10–14 days !! When I questioned the inconsistency, he said it was “fine” to come back anytime between 7–14 days???At this point, I was completely shocked. The advice changed repeatedly within the same appointment, while my puppy continued to pass bloody stools. There was no clear plan, no accountability, and no urgency for a visibly unwell animal.This experience showed a lack of professionalism, consistency, respect, and clinical confidence. I have completely lost trust in this practice and would not recommend it to anyone who expects clear communication and reliable veterinary care—especially in serious situations.

Saved about $100 on a great office chair vs buying at the store. No issues, fast shipping. Everything was perfect.
On December 8th I purchased a Rotary joint from Go Vets , on December 9th I received an email (attached) stating my order was estimated to ship by 12/22/2025. On Jan 6th after no communication from Go Vets I reached out via phone and spoke to a woman (did not give a name) she placed me on hold, and returned saying my order would not ship until May. I stated there was no communication with me regarding the change in date. She responded rudely stating that the warehouse notified me and her (No idea what that means) that the order was shipping in May. I explained that the only email I received was on 12/9 and that stated 12/22. Her response was "I am not going to go back and forth with you." Not a single apology, just dismissive and rude. I then stated I would like a refund. Her response again very rude was "ok have a nice day" I asked for some type of confirmation of the refund and she responded no. I then asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, to which she disconnected the call. Every call since has been sent to voicemail and no return calls. This company took over $2000 from me and will not refund or give any type of update. Terrible business.
I am a disabled veteran and ordered a wheelchair carrier that was listed on your website as in stock. It has been three months and still no delivery of the carrier which I have paid for.
Fast, free shipping and the item arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described. I'll definitely be a returning customer!
Horrible companyPlaced order 8/20, emailed and called to check on shipping with no answer. 11/4 finally got someone on phone. Said we will receive discount and then said they can not deliver and never notified us. Put us in trouble with the end user who needed this.
I am very disappointed with my experience with GoVets. I purchased an item that arrived damaged, and it took me almost a month just to reach someone from customer service. When I finally got in touch, they requested proof of the damage, which I provided promptly with several pictures.Despite clearly stating that I wanted a refund (not a replacement), GoVets sent me a replacement item without my consent. When I tried to escalate the issue, it took another month to reach a supervisor. Unfortunately, the supervisor, Lillian, ended the chat without listening to my explanation or offering any real assistance.This entire process has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Communication is slow, and customer care seems to disregard customer requests entirely. I will not be ordering from GoVets again, and I hope they take serious steps to improve their customer service and respect their customers’ choices.
Fast delivery, decent prices
Good pricing but if I hadn’t called about my order when I only received 1 of the 4 valves that I ordered I would not of known the three where back ordered till the end of October. When ordered it was not stated that you only had one

I was able to look up my last order, so i could reorder my parts. The shipping was quick.
Purchased an item that was and is still listed as "in stock". I ordered this on August 7th. 2 weeks later (today) I call them to find out why I havent' received tracking and they told me it is scheduled to ship in the middle of September. What a joke. Stop lying to your customers by saying something is in stock when it is not in stock.

Prob worse than one star, called them to confirm the part was the same as the picture on the website and they said it was. Then had them call the warehouse it was in to confirm again. I asked the person on the phone if it was a full refund if it was the wrong part and he said yes in this case we confirmed and it would be a full refund. They gave me the wrong part, different than the description and the picture. Called 3x and they are telling me I gotta pay a restocking fee and return shipping and have wasted so much time on this. Still no answer from the manager the told me I would have a label in 2 days but it’s been a week.
