Package didn't arrive when it was scheduled; called customer support who misinformed me, called back customer support again & was told something else; package finally arrived in a box that fell apart when I picked it up & driver never knocked on my door to let me know it had arrived !!! Will not order from this company again.
Buyer Beware - Such a toxic company. They placed fraudulent orders with my small business, full knowing that we would not be able to fulfill them under current manufacture terms and conditions, but they did it anyway, at our expense just to test supply chain!
We received a chair from e-commerce Grand & Toy. We sent it back as we did not order it. They have proceeded to charge us for this item and claim that they never received the item back. I just don't understand why you would send it in the first place? They keep sending us emails and invoices, no one is rectifying the issue. Please do NOT use this company.
Yet again, not hardly two weeks since the last review and repeated unsubscribing and assurance that no more unsolicited emails would be sent, they continue to send unsolicited emails. What's wrong with this company? What part of no, don't send anymore unsolicited emails don't they understand? Clearly a disfunctional company. Avoid this company at all costs and shop at Staples.
