We ordered from them twice: the first order came in great. No issues other than it taking a month to receive the order. The second time we ordered a decanter for our officiant and it arrived, after a month, shattered. We have sent multiple emails and called multiple times and received no response. I would suggest ordering from Amazon if you are ordering gifts, just in case anything happens to your order.
Please DO NOT ever order anything from this shady place. Website looked legit and everything seemed fine, but I'm kicking myself for not reading reviews before ordering. I hope their website gets taken down and the owner faces consequences for not honoring delivery dates, not responding to emails and calls, and seems like this is how he/she handles all other customers. The worst possible website you can use for gifts, you'd be better off buying from literally ANYWHERE else. How these people are still in business is beyond me - someone should get involved and close them down immediately!!
Every review that you are reading on this site is true. This website is a scam. I ordered two cases of five personalized decanters, and they were shipped to an incorrect address. I have emailed them once a day for the past week and they have not responded. DO NOT PURCHASE from this website and do your due dilligence before investing hundreds of dollars into these types of products.
Scammed BUYER BEWARE. No contact, phone number does not go through. Sent multiple emails in the past 2 weeks on my $512 order. Submitted a claim to Chase and BBB.
Ordered 9 gifts for my groomsmen, and it got shipped to a random address across the country. The phone number doesn’t work, and they won’t respond to any emails. I basically took $200 and threw it in the trash. I’m absolutely pissed. My wedding is in a week and a half. STAY AWAY!!!
Needed flasks for my groomsmen and seemed like the perfect gift. Ordered one single flask that came to my address without issues but the bulk order was sent to a random address in a different location. Support number does not exist and email communication is poor. Stay away.
They sent my order to the wrong address. I had to call them and they were unable to even help me immediately. Instead they need to investigate and then get back to me. Utterly insane. How do you even accidentally ship something to the wrong address?
Grooms Shop foists broken trash to their customers with the expectation that the overswamped and overstressed bride-and-groom-to-be will not have time to actually check their order immediately so that they can return it during their ludicrously small return window. I was a groomsman who received what appeared to be a lovely bag. It was ordered in December for a wedding in March. Upon further inspection, the bag was missing hardware that made the handles fall off. Despite me reaching out to the company immediately, they claimed they could not help because the 10-day return window had passed. Instead they offered me 20% off buying a whole new bag. Why on earth would I send this scam company any more money?
We ordered a customized cooler at the end of November, then on Dec. 21st they canceled the order.
Ordered Personalized Best Man Kinsale Decanter Set with 2 Lowball Glasses and the decanter said best man but the 2 lowball glasses said groomsman also order a Zippo and flask but the Zippo came very scratched.
Just read the comments and you’ll see why you shouldn’t order. “Customer service” doesn’t exist. I had to email them multiple times to get a response only for them to lie and say that they only received 1 email from me. My order was going to take a month to go through production. After getting ahold of them and emailing them 2 more times trying to cancel my order, they lied again and said that I never received their email telling me how to cancel my order. It sounds like this company needs to invest in a better “customer service” system because based off the comments, reviews, and my experience, it’s pretty poor. 0/5 star wouldn’t recommend. I’d give my groomsman money before garbage from this wannabe company.
Place is horrible do not order from them still haven’t received my gifts I bought for my wedding day and it already has passed they will not answer any emails and if I could give this place negative stars I wouldDo not order from them it is a scam and there is a reason they blocked all comments about them on social media because there would be many more reviews like mine
This place is a joke. I ordered a 2 liter whiskey barrrel and it overflowed after putting about a cup in it. I stucka chopstick in the hole and there was something inside the barrel that would not allow musch fluid inside.I wrote to them twice and never got a response.
SCAM!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. We ordered a metal sign mid-August. A couple weeks later they said they were having delays. Okay, that's understandable. Then at the end of September they emailed us and said the couldn't get supplies and were having technical difficulties so they couldn't refund our money. The only way to interact with them is through email. So I responded that was unacceptable and demanded a refund by check. They continued saying they couldn't do that and told us to dispute the charge with our credit card. So yeah they took our money with no intentions of giving us our sign. Then waited long enough that we had already paid the credit card bill the charge was on. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
Avoid Groomshop if you want to receive your orders in a timely mannner. Their website is confusing, their products are cheap and the customization will not match what you requested. Whats worse they don't care, they will make zero effort to make it right and instead offer you a 'coupon' for 20% off to pay double to get the correct items. Buyer beware!
So my wedding was July 10th. I ordered zippos with everyone for all the guys as requested by my husband with their names on it in may. Well come the day before my wedding and we’re putting the guy’s bags together and my brother Andrew’s zippo never came. My husband’s uncle Noel’s zippo they forgot about until I emailed them. It was then shipped out and just made it in time for our wedding. I emailed them twice about my brother’s missing zippo and I’ve been ignored. No response, thus no refund for the missing item. His Uncle’s that was forgotten about that was shipped out after I sent an email? Well there was never a response back. Just a notification from the shop app that it shipped. No apology. No anything. The products I did receive came out nice. But the customer service being 0 stars is why I would never recommend them at all. The day before my wedding while I was already running around, I had to go out and get something for my brother so he wouldn’t be left out with the bags. So thanks for the terrible customer service.
I ordered one bag with a personalized name but I was cutting it close to the birthday of the recipient so I paid for priority processing ($15) which they stated meant my product would be out of the door in 48 hours. 8 days later & my product finally shipped. I missed the birthday & it was clear my order was processed with any priority. I am still willing to pay for my product (which I haven’t even received yet), I just wanted my $15 fee refunded. I’ve sent about 8 emails & they’ve all gone ignored. The company has no phone number online so all I can do is email them. I’ve threatened to file a BBB claim & that has also gone with no reply. I am beginning to wonder if I’ll get my product at all… I tried reviewing on their site but they never get posted. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Still have not received any tracking information. I ordered nearly two weeks ago. I have sent several emails. Nothing in return. Very frustrated. Wedding is in less then a week. I have nothing to give my guys as gifts. And I want a full refund. But I can’t get in contact with anyone. How convenient.
