Horrible Service Department
I took my SUV in for an oil change and supposed 31 point safety check. They took an hour to do this. When I finally got to leave they refused to go over the 'Safety' check with me and told me to read the paperwork myself! I had asked that they put winter coolant in it as I was shipping it to Alaska.I got home and my windshield wiper washer was full of ash. My air filter was full of ash. No mention of that in their 'report'. I had to take it to another shop in Lebanon to have those issues fixed.I shipped the vehicle to Alaska. My son is a Certified GM mechanic up there. He was horrified to find out that the clamps on the power steering hose needed replacing. The valve cover gaskets were leaking oil on to the exhaust and could have caused a fire! Thankfully he can fix those for me.They did not put winter weight coolant in as I had asked.Guaranty is rip off! I am a single, older woman and they totally took advantage of me. I will never go there again.
