Terrible
I paid £144 on the app for a balayage, then ended up paying an extra £80 for Olaplex and toner. I was told to 'open my ears' even though the prices had not been dictated to me beforehand. I have curly hair, and my hair was dried with a hair dryer, not a diffuser, and left looking like I'd been dragged through a bush. Do not go here.

Maria the hair goddess!
Maria did my hair yesterday and she did a work of art. After a decade of dying my hair black with box dye, Maria lifted my hair, did the blue bayalage with dark hair on the rest and looks absolutely amazing. She talked me through every single step and I have never had my hair coloured in a salon before and had not had it cut for 2 years. She made me feel so comfortable and laugh with her funny and bubbly personality. Thank you Maria for the best hair experience I’ve ever had!

Visited on 5.2.24 and had the most horrible experience with the staff . This was not my first time I booked with the salon ( as previously have had good experience) . Had booked for toner , hair cut and blow dry £57 . On arriving I was told I will have to pay extra and toner will not help me so I was being pushed to use hair colour when I actually didn’t want it . I told them I am not doing a blow dry and I just need a trim. However the receptionist argued with me and told me that will be an extra amount as well !!! I was shocked and frustrated as the lady failed to understand and was rude as well . It seemed like they just didn’t want to offer what I booked for and wanted me to extra for hair colour and hair cut when I actually didn’t want those services . Never returning and will not recommend.They also didn't refund the amount but didnt Leave me with any other option but to cancel . So I didn't receive the service I booked and lost my money too .

Horrible Horrible Horrible! I have asked for a highlights, no yellow /golden shades and I got light highlights(which were ok)and yellow roots !!!Now I have to fine a place who will fix this mess!Horrible. What a waste of money.Lady at reception was very nice but the actual hairdresser Alexandra was a joke.Shoking

Maria's Magic
I was lucky to have stumbled across Gusto Hairdressing. I arrived early one day to pick up my friend so ended up watching Maria do my friends hair. I was just stunned. So stunned I decided to book myself in. So anyway today I had my appointment greeted by the wonderful people that work here and was seen in an instance. Due to my hair being jet black with some whites Maria informed me that my hair may not lift to the colour I wanted. Although I was a bit suppressed by having heard that, I just had to leave it in Maria's hands and go by my judgement of just how good she is. So Maria proceeded to lifting my hair. We'd left it on for quite some time however Maria was able to judge accurately on how long it would take and how long to leave it in. My hair did lift however, it was not exactly what we wanted. Therefore Maria ended up putting foil on the bleached parts of my hair and did this transition in no time. My initial desire was to have grey/silver hair however Maria took me through the colours again and due to her knowledge I myself decided to go for more of an Ash blonde. Not only did Maria do an FANTASTIC job but she also connected the white hairs to the newly coloured hair. I recommend Gusto Hairdressers especially Maria a million percent to anyone reading this. Thank you Maria and the whole team. Thank you for the experience and for the free coffee. Verdict: Maria is NOT a hairdresser or a stylist...SHE IS A HAIR MAGICIAN!
