Ordered two all mountain 11 bikes for…

Ordered two all mountain 11 bikes for Uk delivery costing £13000. Took 2 years and 2 months to arrive. Constant delivery dates broken. When arrived downloaded the Haibike app but access denied. Contacted customer services for support. No active helpful response. None existent customer support.

Awful engineering to remove the battery

I've had the bicycle about six months. This is my first ebike. It is a Haibike 6. It rides well but the removable battery is a nightmare to remove. Absolutely terrible engineering, so fiddly and difficult. Additionally, a very poorly engineered flimsy plastic cover for the battery is not robust. In the past few days, the bike power has failed repeatedly on several rides. The bike dealer tells me this is a common fault with Haibike!! The dealer has fixed the poor battery connection by making the battery almost impossible to remove for charging. AVOIDHaibike and don't believe a word about 'great German engineering'. Sadly I cannot return this bicycle and choose another brand.

Bought a Trekking 4

Bought a Trekking 4, one of the main reasons why I bought this was the app that allowed you to track your bike if it was stolen, however the app would not work and when I contacted Haibike about this the customer service person ( Liz ) replied the app is no longer supported for new models, and said the shop I purchased it from should have told me about this, however when I checked with the shop they were not aware of any apps, I am looking at taking this to trading standards as Haibike do not make this clear and customer service is rubbish.

The frame cracked on my Haibike e-mtb…

The frame cracked on my Haibike e-mtb and so I messaged Haibike support, twice. After more than 3 weeks there is still no reply.My new bike will NOT be a Haibike.

I purchased a Haibike SDuro Hardseven…

I purchased a Haibike SDuro Hardseven 8.0, in December 2020, ( i am in the UK) i purchased it from our local Puffing Billy Cycles shop, the bike cost £3129, 12 Month Warranty,After a 1000 miles i had it serviced, it was recommended that the chain was very slightly worn, that i may be better to replace it to save wear on the cassette, but the new chain jumped a couple of the small high range cogs, the shop told me the cogs had some wear, so they put the old chain back, & it ran ok, i said to the proprietor of the shop, surely this cassette is covered by the 12 Month Warranty, they said no, Haibike do not cover the SRAM running gear, what kind of a Warranty is that, it useless. thats like buying a new Ford car & the Ford Company saying, we dont warranty the gearbox as its not our make.I now have to purchase a new cassette & pay for it to be fitted as well, in less that 12 Months. I contacted SRAM, but they send you around in circles.The Haibike itself is a well made product, but the running gear is not fit for purpose on this type of bike,I am in my 74th year so i am not tearing around on the bike, or using it over that rough a terrain.I would not purchase another Haibike fitted with SRAM running gear.

No Spares Support!

Bought a Haibike in March, a Trekking 4 2021 Model, suffered some damage to the main Chain Wheel/Sprocket. The problem is there are no spares available as it's a new model! Responsible professional manufacturers would not sell a product that had no spares support. Avoid!

Really poor support

Abysmal. Ignore all support emails and phone calls. Happy to sell e-bikes, and then ignore problems.Avoid at all costs.

wont reply to my complaint

i have a flyon 5 all mtn which developed a paint crack on the frame after just 2 weeks (probably in the shop but went unnoticed)ive emailed and tweeted these now for weeks and they can't be bothered to even reply . Do not buy from them
