Sold me wrong car! Sales Contract said “Platinum Edition” but wasn’t!
FRAUD - SOLD ME THE WRONG CAR! They priced and sold me my Porsche as a “Platinum Edition” but when I went to get it serviced - the VIN# showed it wasn’t. When I contacted them multiple times to ask how they would fix it (at least upgrade some features to make it Platinum) - they ignored my calls. First time I called (since they didn’t know why I was calling) they said they would get back to me. Of course they didn’t and stopped answering me. I had to sell the car and take a $8K loss since the car wasn’t worth what I paid for it. Lesson learned - but what crooks! EVEN HAD “PLATINUM EDITION” WRITTEN ON THE SALES CONTRACT (and all other paperwork that would fit the word) when they knew it wasn’t ... :(
