Items were a much smaller size as I wear 61/2-7 wide and the shoes did not fit. I was very disappointed!! Also the items had a musty pungent smell !! I was so disappointed and I will have to think about ordering from here again..
Overpriced, high shipping, bad service. After almost a year of payments, still turned down payment plan on order.
Placed order. Received email confirmation. Received another email with a different and higher price. Immediately called company to cancel if they were charging me more. Next day received shipping verification. Called again. Was reassured it was canceled and my bank account credited. Today I received notification from shipping company that I’d be receiving said “cancelled” order tomorrow. How could they not understand to cancel this order not once but 3 times and the last time I supposedly talked to a supervisor. I should not have to cancel an order this many times and still have it sent out.

I ordered a $19.99 item by the time I got to the end it was almost $37 they're trying to charge a $3.50 charge for covid on top of all the other charges!when we're all suffering it's a horrible time to be preying on people! they say that they're going to give you 10% off or free shipping but there's no way to click on that and then when you're all done done done then they tell you it won't be in stock for 4 weeks and when you check it it won't be in stock for 6 weeks ect...beware beware beware!
Some items I've ordered from this catalogue are cheaply made and I think are a tad over priced. Also, the requirement for shipping costs added on to the already hefty total of even 2 items is rather exorbitant.
Harriet Carter Gifts owes me close to $200 minimum, seeing that the company apparently cashed two Postal Money Orders back in August; but then, the products which I had placed on order simply weren't delivered - at all.
