I ordered a fireplace remote from this company. I purchased a home and the previous owner didn't leave it. Had the fireplace repaired and they couldn't get the new remote to work. I am now returning itbut wasn't aware of the 20% restocking fee. This is after you pay Fed Ex to deliver the product to you and now I have to pay it have it returned. Don't buy from this company unless you want to lose money or be very sure the product you are buying is the perfect match.
