Good prices, quality products, caring customer service..
We have ordered twice so far. Men’s boots were delivered quickly, and husband very pleased with them. Saw socks and underwear in catalog that came with boots. He picked out some he liked. Delivery quick and price good, but socks differed from photo in catalog. I wrote because I thought you should know that people expect to receive what they thought they ordered. Never expected for socks to be replaced, but appreciate it. My 82 year old hubby is used to non-neon colored footwear.

Missing product
I checked my porch in the morning and after getting the email notice of delivery with no product by my door. My guess is a "porch pirate" followed the UPS person and stole the package. I cannot trust your delivery method without me signing for the packages!
