Gracious seller!
Recently placed an order for a fairly expensive item from Heartwood Tools. Shorty afterwards, I was kindly informed part of my order would be backordered, but that was no concern to me as I'm not in a hurry. Received the bulk of my order today along with a handwritten note showing appreciation for my order. Personal service like this is somewhat rare in today's world, but it does not go unnoticed. I appreciate the graciousness displayed and have nothing but praise for Heartwood Tools.
