Customer service blames the customer
Heirloom Traditions’ paint colors look great online, but don’t count on them matching in real life. When I contacted customer service about the obvious discrepancy, I was brushed off and told it was my monitor or lighting—despite sending them proof from their own website. They flatly refused any exchange or accommodation and hid behind disclaimers while sending me canned responses with smiley emojis. Bottom line: flashy marketing, zero accountability, and customer service that stalls, blames, and dismisses you once they’ve got your money.
