Been writing mails, because ive been ip banned, yet the name popping up as the user who got the ban, is not me. No replies, No nothing. Information on site is fine, but the people responsible for their mails and communication are trash... If they are hired, you gotta kick them out.

When I saw the jetstrike gaming platform on the platform, I signed up and deposited 400usd, started betting, but when I played a round of the game, it wouldn't let me bet anymore, restricted me from betting, then I withdrew 409usd, and my account was immediately banned.Then they asked me to verify KYC, and I did, but they still haven’t processed it. When I asked customer service, they didn’t handle it either. This is a blatant fraud platform. Hltv platform, why don’t you verify these platforms and let these fraud platforms advertise on your platform?
