Hobbylinc: A Tale of 2 online Georgia Hobby shops
There are 2 online hobby shops in Georgia, one in Ringold and Hobbylinc in Braselton. Both of these shops are fairly close in prices, sometimes one is a little more or less. My experience with Hobbylinc has always been excellent. They can be a tad slow to process, pack and ship your order, but the don't try to retire off their shipping costs. The Ringold, GA shop charges $15 for an order that Hobbylinc only charges $5.25 for the exact same items. It is very annoying to see a shop pad their profits by overpriced shipping. Hobbylinc has my trust and is the hands down winner of these 2 shops.

Stopped online hobby shop ordering…
Stopped online hobby shop ordering after Squadron failed. Stumbled upon Hobbylinc in Ebay and took a chance. Glad I did. Each time I have ordered the prices have been good. Shipping cost are reasonable. Shipping has been quick and in stout packaging. Each item has been exactly as shown and what I wanted. Communication is excellent. Notified of packing list/cost, ship date, estimated arrival and then notified of arrival earlier then original estimate. I am impressed. Will be ordering again as there are no local full line hobby shops any more.

An old customer for almost 20 years
I have been customer for almost 20 years and have I never had any problem with Hobbylinc. They provide a very wide variety of plastic models. I have built about 50 tanks and estimate that I have built about 75+ airplanes in addition to many types of supplies/accessories. Sometimes shipping may be slow but they keep me posted about my orders (the great majority on time) but I am 82 years old and I am slow all the time. I will continue to use Hobbylinc as my only model supplier. Hobbylinc is not a "drive-thru fast-food" place just get used to their pace. Sometimes good things take a while.

Hobbylinc had all the Vallejo paint products that I was looking for and at the same or better prices than other sites I had visited. I ordered 17 paints and thinners on 5/28/25. Received shipping confirmation email 6/2/25 and received the shipment 6/6/25. Undamaged and all 17 items correctly invoiced and carefully packaged. 9 days total. Recommend and will use again.

The whole website is a scam
The whole website is a scam! The reviews are fake… talking about how fast shipping was, completely false! Stay away from this site! Placed my order 01/19/25, sent an email, wondering what was so difficult about taking items off a shelf and into a box. Their response “We will cancel that for you. All the processing and shipping info was provided to you at checkout as to how long it takes to get something from us. We wish you well.”At no time in the checkout process did it say it would take a week or more just to ship! I imagine their orders go like this: get the Oder wait two days, then another day strolling the warehouse (probably a tool shed) then another day pulling the order off a shelf, another day locating a box, another day putting it in a box, another day printing the label, another day affixing the label and finally a day to give it to the carrier, in which they take a week to deliver, all together two weeks for a domestic shipment- that’s pathetic! According to this platform, your shipping is horrific and you shouldn’t be doing online sales if you can’t provide timely shipping!

Terrible company for fulfillment
Several orders from early December are still showing pick in warehouse. This company has to be the worst company for fulfillment. It has been 3 weeks now and orders have not been packed or shipped. Stay away from Hobbylinc and customer service is none existent. You have been warned…..

This company is notoriously slow in processing your orders for shipping. I would not order from this place unless they are the only one to have the item you need. SBM, SQUADRON are much faster and have friendlier customer service. Hobbylinc is terrible
