All-Clad Should Be Embarrassed
I ordered two pots from Homeandcooksales.com during their last sale. One was a 2-quart SD5 with lid. I was sent a 2 quart non-stick without a lid. I emailed the company and asked for an exchange for the correct item. They replied “ the description on the site was wrong. It should have read "non-stick without lid". We do not have the stainless 2qt with lid. We will be emailing you a UPS label to have the unused 2 qt. pan returned in its original packaging for a refund.” I went to their website and saw that they do in fact have the pan that I ordered. I called them and asked them to please send the correct pan in exchange. At first they said they didn’t have it, then when I said I literally put it in my cart as we were speaking, the unhelpful rep said I would have to place a new order. I asked if they could waive the shipping charges since I was just trying to get the item I originally ordered. They refused. I then said since I would now have to pay additional for shipping could the please send UPS to pick up the wrong pan they sent. I explained it’s a 20 minute drive to the UPS store one way and I didn’t feel I should spend my money and time since it was their mistake. Again they officious rep refused. A really terrible and disappointing experience. I hope All-Clad sees all these terrible reviews for Home and Cook Sales.

Customer service impossible
I had a couple of orders from this site that went fine, then another two orders where they repeatedly sent incorrect and badly damaged items (not just cosmetic damage, but items that didn't function). Getting this corrected was sooo difficult. Customer service kept running me around in circles, asking me to describe the problem over and over, asking for photos from a laughable number of angles, etc. One of the items I eventually gave up on because it wasn't worth the time I was spending. If I'd bought the items new it would have cost me a lot less than what I eventually paid in the cost of my own labor.

Horrible company - AVOID THEIR PRODUCTS
I have a 5 quart jumbo frying pan with lid that I bought from Kohl's in July 2023. I use this pan once a week, maybe once every 2 weeks. A few days ago, while cooking dinner, the lid decided to explode with no explanation. Shattered glass in my kitchen. Ruined food due to glass shards. Several cut fingers. I reached out to company to see what they would do. They said the glass isn't covered. Very rude customer service rep. Filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and they reached out. Asked for my receipt and pictures, all of which I sent. Responded back and said there is no default with glass and won't do anthing

Buyer beware
Buyer beware - if you are looking for customer service, look elsewhere. I have spent thousands of dollars on their products. I made a mistake in my order (I ordered the wrong type of pan, the right size just the wrong finish). They don't offer exchanges or refunds. I spoke with a kind rep who said "they would make an exception", by allowing me to return it, provided I cover the shipping costs. That seemed reasonable until they said I also have to pay a %20 restocking fee - for a pan. I have been an Allclad fan for many years. Never again, as they wear (they wear, believe me), I will replace them with another brand.

The website is not secure
The website is not secure. I’ve ordered twice in the last year and both times after placing the order I immediately received a bunch of spam calls on the phone number provided and attempted fraud charges on credit card. The item I ordered did arrive but clearly there is a gap in their security somewhere. First time I thought it was coincidence but after the second it clearly was homeandcooksales.com who breached my information.

UTTER RIPOFF
UTTER RIPOFFI bought this coffee grinder by mistake. Within seconds, I realized my error and attempted to cancel. I kept attempting to cancel for days and days, no luck. Now the grinder arrives and Home & Cook demands a return fee that is half the cost of the item.

This is a very bad company
This is a very bad company, and it is scam. I had a problem with my Rowenta Steam unit and called Rowenta Customer Service and they indicated that my unit cannot be repaired and recommended to buy a new one. They told to buy model model VR8324U1 STEAM STATION W/O BOILER which is not and when I tried to return, they indicated is a final sale which I was not informed. Very terrible service ROWENTA do not buy anything from them. Totally a scam and not responsible for their bad products July 2022

Misrepresentation of Item
Purchased a non-stick pan on 13 June 2022 and received a regular stainless steel pan. Raised the issue with customer services, and was informed that I received the correct item that I had purchased. Despite having screenshots of the item I purchased, which clearly used a non-stick pan stock image, I was told that the image could not be considered an accurate representation of the item, and that instead, they go by the description. The manager Pierre has condescendingly stated that I purchased the wrong item. I have disputed this, as the image of the item I purchased is clearly a non-stick pan. I feel this was a fraudulent misrepresentation, and the company continues to deny their error, whether that was using the wrong image for the item I purchased, or by sending me the wrong item.

I waited 1 month for an order to arrive. When it didn’t I called customer service and was told it was delivered 3 weeks earlier. I have a doorman so I know it was never delivered. They don’t require a signiture upon delivery and refused to replace the order. They could send a security team to my house for an investigative report! What a joke. What a scam. Do not buy from these crooks. They should investigate themselves

Here's the deal, they tell you these are unsellable under normal pricing and quality. I got 4 items, all four were in near perfect condition, one was in less than optimal condition. Its another case of 'you get what you pay for.'

Honestly the worst site and experience I've ever had.Website issues galore on homeandcooksales. Beware, your final order confirmation may not be your actual order, don't click around thinking it's a normal functioning website. so at the end you'll get an email with an order that has double quantity/cost. can you say illegal?. and their customer service will say, no refunds, nothing we can do with an order placed 10 minutes ago.

This company does business under the name Home & Cook Sales. I placed an order and received a new order acknowledgment. Then - silence. A week later, my order still showed as "processing," so I emailed Home & Cook to ask if there was a problem. In response, I got a curt email stating that "it takes up to 7-10 business days for your order to process." I could not imagine what could take 7-10 days about an order for cookware, so I called my credit card company and placed the charge in dispute. Nearly a week later, I finally received the order (after getting no shipping notice). Since the items were OK, I removed the dispute on the charge the next day. Meanwhile, Home & Cook closed its website - an indicator that the site might have been a scam. One week after I removed the dispute, Home & Cook sent me a rude and threatening email, stating that it intended to ruin my credit if I didn't pay up. I will never, ever buy from Home & Cook Sales again. The only reason I gave it one star is that you can't give zero stars on TrustPilot.

No support on unusable product- All-Clad. Don't buy here, buy new.
I purchased several items, two of which are not usable due to the nature of defects. I have an electric range with a perfectly flat top, if a 12" fry pan is warped and does not sit flat for conductivity that is not acceptable and interferes with the items use. Besides bad conductivity the pan rocks pack and forth due to the bottom being warped- this 'grinds' on my stove top. Not acceptable.
I called the company and was denied any ability to return. I was at first directed to the web site which is a dead end stating 'all sales final'. That website states the product may have defects but will be functional, but the product I received is NOT.
Some persistence found me a nice person willing to do a return with a restocking fee and they would send the box for me to place my product into.. Restocking fee on a defective unusable item- I agreed to that because I have no use for it. Guess what.. Nothing arrived.
The pot I found a use for but on the 12" fry pan I paid $100 for a $200 'second' All-Clad pan that gave me no warranty, no customer service and I am not able to use it.
Warning: Buy new and you won't have to 'second' guess your decision. Do not use this company. Because AMAZON was involved I felt there was some level of professionalism here. No acceptable level found.

All-Clad online sales - Terrible customer service
I have never treated like this bad in my life.
I purchased at All Clad website. Homeandcooksales.com is a sales department of All Clad website.
At the checkout, I choose to check out with my amazon account. The payment didn't go through with some reason and received an email from All Clad 4 days after my purchase online. As instructed in the email, I contacted to Amazon and credit card company. My account had no issue. Amazon rep checked all transaction, but she didn't see transaction , no attempt/no pending transaction from All-Clad. It seems to me that the all-clad website has some issue with processing the order through Amazon. However, the customer service insists that they have no fault. I have to resolve this issue with Amazon or bank.
They cannot even offer/accept different payment type. They cannot even cancel my order.
It looks to me that All-Clad had a fake sales event, took order, and didn't process the order. All they tried to do is collect our personal information. Very miserable and useless agents.
