Was referred to Miguel of Home Central Financial by my brother. As a first-time home buyer Miguel, explained all our home buying mortgage options including first-time home buyer down payment programs. He got us an FHA 3.5% down Payment Home mortgage. He got us a GREAT mortgage interest rate too! As a proud first-time home buyer & very happy San Bernardino home owner I highly recommend Miguel & his staff at Home Central Financial to all my family & friends for all their home mortgage needs. Looking forward to working with Miguel again to refinance my home mortgage & remove our mortgage insurance.

We’ve worked with him for many years. Whether you need help with refinancing your home, like my sister needed for her Paramount Ca home or if your a first time home buyer that’s looking for a first time home buyer down payment program, like my cousin in his Whittier CA house or a reverse mortgage like my mother needed in her South Gate CA home, Miguel is the Home mortgage guy you need to work with. He’s very thorough & very patient in explaining the home loan process. He answers all your questions & will explain all your home loan options. He helped out my comadre with her home refinance in Pico Rivera CA. He also helped out my best friend Jorge’s sister, who was a first time home buyer, get her home loan in Huntington Park ca. This year I needed his help getting an investment loan for some rental units I wanted to buy in Bellflower CA so Miguel first helped me refinance my Norwalk Ca house then he helped me get my investment loan for my triplex. Miguel V. is one of the best in his industry! He was able to guide me through the mortgage world. I had tons of questions about what type of loan will benefit me and what type of costs (if any) I would have and he was able to provide all the answers to my questions. He always picks up his phone which is a plus AND he makes himself available in person 7 days of the week. I will absolutely use him for any real estate deals and refer him to all my family and friends.
