The hoodie looks good, I got an extra large for my husband and the arms are extra large but the body part was more like a large or medium size. That part fits me, but the arms are way too long.

The coffee cups were junk. The actual cups are nothing like the picture shown. I paid over $50 for two cups because I thought they looked beautiful. The cups I received looked like they came from a dollar store. I will not buy another thing from this company and if I could give them a lower rating I would. Based on other reviews I’ve read, negative ratings are warranted. Don’t Buy From This Company!
Order item 3 weeks ago and still waiting for product. Very disappointed. I wanted this item to be here by February 12th, for my mom's birthday and I have not received an update. It feels like the order is coming from Japan. The order # is Home45386.
First off it took forever to get. It was the wrong size and no straw. Then I went to use it the cup for Hot Tea and the lid doesn’t stayed closed from the heat and I almost spilled hot tea on myself. I would never recommend nor buy from this company again. Your customer service number was incorrect so I couldn’t talk to anyone. When I emailed I got a generic response each time. Refused to let me return the items.
Once you buy you are stuck! Sizes aren’t correct. Hoodies are cheap nylon, not a quality item and they don’t accept returns and contacting them or getting anything from them is hopeless.Basically if you are buying to are stuck with whatever you receive
The time frame was decent, from order placed to order received. I did however get alittle nervous when I didn't hear ANYTHING for almost 2 weeks after placing the order, other than to check and have it say the order was confirmed and that was it. I was just beginning to worry that I'd been scammed when I got notification that it was about to be shipped. Once received, size is true, material is nice and the hoodie overall is super comfy... thanks so much!
I thought it was a 3D figurine when I ordered it and it showed up as just a piece of plastic with a sticker on it.. 😢 I bought it for my friends wedding to be his cake topper... I'm going to still give it to him but I don't think he will use it. Very expensive hunk of plastic.

I purchased two Christmas ornaments. When I received them they were nothing like the website photo. They were a plastic piece with a piece of paper glued to the back. So ugly and cheap. Customer service was rude and offered no solution. I will be disputing this with charge with my credit card company. It’s a pain to do so but this company doesn’t deserve any money for such a cheap and awful workman ship item. Don’t waste your money.
One star is one star too many! I ordered an ugly Christmas sweater in November. Today is December 31st and I have never received the item. I reached out to the company, all they can say is that they appreciate my patience and that they do not issue refunds. ALL I CAN SAY IS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Learn from a Totally Dissatisfied Customer. I should have read the reviews before making this purchase. Many similar as mine! What a disappointment!
I was expecting to recieve my purchase in the middle of Jan. I recieved both the x wing pilot sweat shirt and mandolrian hoodie on Christmas eve. It was a total shock. I didnt expect them both so soon. And the quality is excellent!! Thank you so much!!

This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I’ve spent weeks chasing down an order that was supposed to arrive before Halloween… and now it’s almost Thanksgiving. Only today did they finally admit the package was lost. I made my order October 4th 😂I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund—literally over 25 emails—and they’ve ignored every request. Instead, they offered to send a replacement (which at this point would also arrive who-knows-when) and a 20% discount on a future order. I honestly had to laugh when I read that.This entire situation has been a complete waste of time and energy. All I wanted was a simple Halloween hoodie for my toddler, and somehow even that turned into a nightmare
