This company is a fraud. I received the rugs which are of poor quality and requested a return at a hefty fee of $25.00 each! I expressed my displeasure and requested the return address which is not posted-line. The only official policy is the cost of returns and the time frame for returns. Seems to me that a thirty day deadline is not nearly enough when there is no address for returns! Well, good luck with that!
Has anyone reported them to Facebook fraud? I just did. It may help get their attention if we all do it.
I had an issue with a rug order. It was supposed to be a washable rug but was a real jute rug which was not washable. Customer service was very understanding and easy to work with. I was able to return the rug!
I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. I ordered a rug, which supposedly had 2 day shipping. A couple of days later I see that my credit card was charged, then refunded the next day I contact their customer service asking about the order and the next day I get a reply that simply says “This was cancelled due to out of stock”. No apology, and no signature. Yet the rug is still advertised on their website, at the same sale price and size. Total scam!!
Scam site Can't get in touch with anyone, link to returns is bunk, misspellings on site...Don't order
This is likely a scam website. I ordered a rug and got a confirmation email and my card was charged, 2 days later I got an email cancelling my order with a refund but no explanation although the item is still available to be ordered on the website a week later. I was suspicious but they already had my card info so why not, I tried ordering a second item. Same thing again, order confirmed and billed but several days later order cancelled and refunded with no explanation. I will be watching my CC info like a hawk. No clear reviews either way online but had been rated as suspicious (which I only looked up after the first transaction, stupid me.)
