I tried to cancel my subscpition and they are askig for date af birth and other sensitive information or they won't cancel it.I'm filing a complaint with the consumer complaint division of the attorney general of my state. I am not giving a subscription service that sensitive information just to cancel a service.
2 minute ads every 5 minutes?? Seriously??? How greedy of a company are you to have that. Definitely recommend other platforms.
The Hulu app sucks. Your content isn't good enough to treat customers this way. "We're having trouble playing this" is my screensaver now. I suggest you tear it down and find a smart 13 year old to design a new interface.
Getting really sick of watching 2 minute ads on freakin repeat. I pay for ads. That is all hulu is. I am sick of trying to watch a show or movie and for every 5 minutes I watch, there is a 2 minute ad. Then, sometimes hulu will glitch and I have to watch another 2 minute ad. Once the show comes on, I get 30 seconds of watch time before ANOTHER AD pops up for me to watch. It's bullshit. Do better hulu. It's that simple.

When streaming TV shows it cuts off the last minute or so of each episode and goes straight into an ad. Constant ads. Laggy streaming

Hulu id unreachable and so does there customer service is not good at all...Not easy to reach and call always drops off and even gave the guy my number and said he would call back if guy called dropped off and never called back....And I paying for HBO MAX But can't watch
The commercials are so horrible on this app that I literally forget what I’m watching before the show comes back on. Hulu wants me to pay double for this app to get commercial free. Uninstalling it now😢😢
Content on the service is okay. Not great. Hulu's own content is truly subpar compared to Netflix, Disney, or HBO content. Their UI is just absolutely terrible. It's embarrassing to be such a large company but your app and website are both completely garbage. As an app developer I could literally make things better by myself yet you all have a whole team that cant figure out how to properly code an autoqueue? EMBARRASSING!!
It is the worst app on the market and they charge you more money for less content. They FAIL to keep back episodes. They make you watch commercials for episodes that are over 3 years old. They are shit and not worth the money. Their log in screws up more than anyone else’s on the market.

I do not recommend Hulu. It’s basically two minutes of the movie and then two minutes of ads. Two minutes of film, two more minutes of commercials. It completely ruins the experience. Don’t subscribe. Don’t waste your money.
Hulu has been an absolute nightmare.I only got it to watch football.I just canceled it because I can't watch anything without it.Buffering, when I record something, I can't even watch it because it just freezes.It is the absolute worst
Hulu streaming service took money out of my bank account . I did not authorize. Do not use them for any steaming service. This happened a month after I cancelled services. Do not try 30 day Free service. How did this happen?
Hulu should get negative points, this is the worst streaming app I have ever used. It goes up in price and down in value. It never wants to open and when it does, most of the time it forces closed and then you have to retry and open it. Don’t get your hopes up with watching something smoothly because 1 it will freeze and 2 it’ll come back so blurred out and fuzzy that you can’t even see what you’re watching. And no it’s not our WiFi. The ceo or whoever is in charge of this app she be ashamed and appalled with themselves… with how this app runs, it should be the cheapest option available. Hulu is trash, don’t waste your money I wish I could get some back to be completely honest. And to be clear this has been happening for a long time, I have finally gotten annoyed enough to try and find an app that allowed me to write a terrible review
I thought cutting the cable cord was going to be easier Hulu did not do that for me. I have Hulu with live tv Disney+ ESPN HBO Max bundle I've contacted Hulu several times and I'm still having the same issues HBO channels are rarely accessible they either don't show on the live tv guide or they're blocked in gray and clicking on them an error message not available comes up. I was supposed to get a partial refund that never came it's been over a month and a half.. I would not chose Hulu as my cutting the cable cord provider!! Their customer service isn't what would be expected for what I pay a month!
Ads every few minutes, and not short ones either. Premium upgrade is way too much. I only got it to watch one particular show and i made it one episode and decided to cancel my subscription
