I got my Siemens coffee Mashine repaired tv-show place. They charged me with 4000 dkk despite Mashine was still on guarantee. We paid, got machine back. But the same mistake appeared again, which means that machine wasn’t repaired. We sent it back and received message that we need to pay 1500 dkk more! They want us to pay more, despite they didn’t repair the machine! Extremely unprofessional! I am so disappointed that I want my money back and buy machine of a different brand, not to deal with this ever again!
