Paid for next day dispatch for a Heavy Duty 3m Extention cable. To ensure I get it, I sent text message to the mobile number on website. Just to be really sure (i’m like that!) - I also sent a email to them. Barry the electrician, was very courteous in his email reply and obliged, promised and ensured will be dispatched same day. Received next day. What’s so surprising you might ask? I didn’t realise until I googled their address: 9 hours drive, 500 miles, and Inverness - Scotland, middle of no where! AND - I know the weather was horrendous on the day of dispatch. Great Scottish Service with an electronic smile. Other companies, could learn a great deal. Thanks Barry, you are a star!!

A trustworthy and efficient company with good products.
My order was despatched very promptly with good communication. The lead I received was of good quality. Following a misunderstanding about the length of a lead, the issue was quickly remedied by the amazing Barry who also offered sensible solutions and alternatives. The responses were very speedy and the company appears very well organised. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to ordering from them in the future.

Having been let down by an EV charger failure shortly after installation, Barry was able to provide me with a suitable extension lead to use with the 13 amp charger provided with the car. Brilliant service & price, despatched the same day and arrived on time.
