The men were on time, laid 2 rooms of carpet in 1 day as promished. The only reason not giving a 5 star, they did a seam that is noticeable and would have been preferred they would put it somewhere else not so noticeable. But they were nice and professional.
Great experience. Many beautiful choices for counter tops. Once we made a selection, installation was timely, very neat, professional and pleasant.We are looking forward to our next project with J and J Carpet One.

Sales presentation with Brad, indicated he was very knowledgeable and experienced in addressing our needs and requirements. Installation team led by Chris, resulted in an efficient effort to work around an issue and ensure the satisfactory completion of the job contracted.
I was extremely pleased with J&J and will definitely use them again. From my initial visit on a busy Saturday when there was only one salesperson working to the final installation, everyone provided outstanding customer service. Brad was fantastic. The installer, (I think his name was John) was extremely professional and outstanding at his job. I was so impressed, when the job was finished and he had packed up and left, 20 minutes later, he came back because he realized that he forgot to put one of the doors back up. That says a lot about a person and company's work ethic! Besides the outstanding service, the quality of flooring is great and I couldn't be happier with it.
Recently, my wife and I decided to have our master bathroom remodeled and we couldn't be happier. We searched around the area to find a reputable designer but just weren't able to find someone we connected with to meet our style preferences. We decided to stop by J and J and immediately, we knew we were in the right place. Brittany who was already with a few customers, acknowledged our presence and didn't leave us just standing there. When she was finished, she invited us to take a seat and asked what we were looking for. We didn't need to give her a lot of details, she seemed to already have a design formulating in her mind as we were talking. I can say that what she put together for us was absolutely amazing. The design she put together is so beautiful, we decided to have her continue into the master bedroom. It was a big job, which required a lot of different contractors. To my surprise, every single one of them were on time everyday for the 4 weeks it took to finish. Brittany is a rock star! I've had remodels in the past and have done a few myself, but this was the best experience we've had with a job this big. If you want top notch design and customer service, head to J and J and ask for Brittany. You won't be disappointed.
Outstanding product, advice, and installation! Brad was extremely courteous, understanding, flexible, and knowledgeable helping us with full-house flooring and kitchen counter tops. We couldn’t be happier with the installation, quality of the product, and the assistance with these upgrades. The entire team was awesome from Brad and Brittney helping with narrowing our decisions down to Chris and his crew for tackling the ultra-hard tile demo and outstanding flooring install. The flooring looks wonderful and we also couldn’t be happier with the beautiful quartz counter tops installed in our kitchen. It is absolutely stunning! The stone install was flawless and the wood trim and second level supports also look great. J&J is highly recommended by this family!
Our experience with you all was one that we shall treasure for years to come. Understanding that we had just suffered tremendously as a result of flooding, Brad, Chris, and the whole J and J family, through their calm demeanor and professionalism helped us get through that very difficult and inconvenient situation in record time. This is the third condo redo J & J has done for me. Their work is FIRST class. They follow thru until the job is complete. I have recommended J & J to many of my friends and associates. I have full TRUST in them.

I could not imagine a smoother experience from the time we walked into J&J until we said goodbye to the installation team who carpeted our entire 3 bed room home (except for the bathrooms). Brad worked closely with us taking as much time with us in the pad and carpeting selection process then coming to our home at the time promised to do the measurements pointing out to us the most favorable places to place the seams in order to minimize the number necessary,.Chris and his installation team had to move a significant number of large, heavy pieces of furniture and did a great job of installation and clean up.I completely recommend the J&J team. Installer was thorough but quick, professional throughout the work and super impressed with how well he cleaned up the sawdust and carpet remnants. Many here in the condo have used, all been pleased; we will continue to go to J&J Carpet One Floor & Home.
We did new flooring in most of our house with Brad, and a remodel of the kitchen and bathroom with Dawn. It couldn't have gone smoother... We're very pleased, great people.... keep on top of things.
Our experience from beginning to completion was great. They are professional, friendly, and their workmanship was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.

Brittany could not have done a more amazing job on my kitchen. The attention to detail is superb, she maximized every inch of space, all the extras made this kitchen so functional. This kitchen is everything I hoped for and more. Brittany is wise and talented beyond her years! I can't wait for the next project just to see what "magic" she can do.
J & J's design and installation team gave us our dream kitchen! Every aspect of the experience has been first class. Our cabinets are beautiful, functional and provide a tremendous amount of storage. With their help we chose a grey slate tile for the floor and the contrast to the white cabinets is stunning. We had a deadline to meet and the project was on time and within the budget. We worked with J&J a few years ago when replacing our floors and that experience brought us back to them when it was time for the kitchen. We highly recommend J&J!
