Ed was so helpful when I had trouble with my credit card—he took my order over the phone and set up a local pickup for me. He even called and emailed to make sure I got the part. I’ll for sure order from him again!

It has been a pleasure to do business with JMC Equipment. I was assisted by George Garces and he did a fantastic job in helping me place an order for a pair of stainless steel turn plates for an alignment lift. The order shipped out in a timely manner just as George assured me. He did a follow up with me to insure that I got the turn plates and that they arrived in good condition, which they did. I own a Lift business and will be ordering from JMC a lot more in the future. Everything about the experience was better than I had expected.

I had a two post lift moved and installed in my shop and I was highly satisfied with the work they did. The whole process was smooth and professional. All the way from talking to Jorge Garces, who gathered all the details and set the appointment, to the installer. The whole process was effortless. Picked up my lift today with my car trailer. They made it quick and easy. They centered it on the trailer and helped me tie it on. It took maybe 10 minutes total! They were very flexible on arranging the pickup as well.

Katherine Montoya helped me to make sure we have the correct Configuration for an Inflation Cage we purchased with JMC. She got the Manufacturer to call me right away and the concern was resolved in a very timely manner.
Simon at JMC patiently answered all my questions about the vehicle lift I was interested in and put me at ease. He identified an affordable and talented installer in my area who delivered and installed the lift. Simon followed up with me repeatedly throughout the process to keep me informed and updated.the installer even offered to come back after my new power service is activated to orient me to the new product. I am thrilled with this service!
