The driver was on time
The driver was on time, courteous, and made us feel safe and secure. My 3-yea-old daughter was safely and securely placed into a nice car seat. Convenience, Comfort, and Peace of Mind
This service was a lifesaver! I traveled to Orlando with my two-year-old daughter and thought (based on what I read) that it would be fairly easy to get an Uber with a carseat once we arrived. I quickly learned that relying on a ride share app to transport a toddler is hit or miss. I was concerned we might miss our return flight if the ride share carseat fleet was unavailable at the time we needed to head to the airport, so I decided to give Kidmoto a try after checking out several other options. Although the service is not cheap by any means, the difference between this service and your standard ride share services is obvious from the minute you reach out to the company. The communication from Kidmoto on everything from price to real-time arrival time updates could not have been better! Our driver, Joseph, was both pleasant and extremely professional. His driving was fantastic. He was truly focused on our ride and not multi-tasking on his phone, which is something I truly appreciate when someone is transporting my child. The car was clean and incredibly comfortable but, more importantly, the carseat was spotless, was pre-installed, and was clearly a very safe, current model (very different than many ride share carseats). We made it to the airport with plenty of time, and Joseph even gave us instructions on how to get to the Wrap 'N Fly counter quickly so that we could return our rental stroller. Like I said, this was not cheap, but the experience was first-class and very much worth the cost. The convenience, safety, and peace of mind Joseph and Kidmoto provided were priceless! Thank you, Kidmoto!

Really great service
Really great service, punctual friendly drivers. This service is 'compulsory' in New York since children under two must travel in a carseat, but Uber and Lyft don't have carseats for under twos. The cost is higher than we would have liked (and around double the price of a normal taxi), which is why I marked it down one star.
