We can never get a hold of our agent it's been 4 years since we have spoken to Lisa Summers.I have left countless messages, and nothing. I am now looking into if this is a scam insurance company.

Employed by Kin went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of by answering every question thoroughly and made sure that if there was anything she wasn't quite familiar with, sought out the help she needed to get the information I needed. She is amazing and really enjoys her work which is extremely rare in the area of customer service. Kin has a Diamond in the rough!

Great customer service
They were excellent, spent a lot of time with me resolving my specific home insurance problems, eventually connected me with a new policy that cost 40% of my prior one and didn't have the excess hassle regarding fire safety the prior company gave me. I highly recommend their service.
