I gave my Lenovo laptop for repairing…

I gave my Lenovo laptop for repairing to LaptopHomeService. When the person from this company came he said it’s a minor issue but pickup is required because I don’t have parts here. Estimate was 1500Rs. After 2 days I got reply from lady from that company that motherboard is corrupted and it will take 12000 rs for new motherboard. I asked them to repair and it took 18 days for delivery. When I got my laptop and I called one IT guy from my company . He opened the laptop and saw that nothing was changed. It was old motherboard in my laptop. They cheated me and I wasted my 12000rs. After one week smoke came from my laptop and now I gave it to Kabadiwala. LaptopHomeService deleted my earlier comment to increase their rating. I will file a police complaint against them.

They are fraud

They are fraud, never go these people. 100% fraud. They took my laptop and told estimated amount 500-700 but next day lady called me and informed that it will cost 3200 cz your chip is damaged and we need to change, I said ok n go ahead after that There was no update from them. Then again I called them next morning they said we need to change your motherboard and it's not into repairable condition and new motherboard cost will be 9000 even I said yes for that and they committed me to deliver it by the evening. Again there was update from them and suddenly they stopped taking my calls. I managed to get another number of owner Mr. Deepak (he is also pathetic guy) he told me sir we will update you tomorrow morning by 10:00am. Again I called them at 11:00 and said telling you in 10mins. There was no call from them then again I called them at 12:00 noon.. he sir shops are closed it will open at 2. So then only I will be able to confirm you. Even till 3:00pm.they didn't update me. Finally I reached their office which is in Shastri Nagar. Now Mr. Deepak told my boy just reached at shop and your motherboard will cost at 14000. From 500rs they ended at 14000. And even though they not repaired it and even demaged my laptop completely. Camera they broked , base also broked and battery they replaced..so I never ever suggest you to go this place. They are 200% fraud.

Very good comapny which provide service timely at affordable price and fix all the hardware and software kind of trouble with 6 months of warranty. kindly contact if you need service at urgent basis.

Not able to repair my laptop

Not able to repair my laptop. Asked way too much money. Laptop get worst in 3 days only. Do not waste your money with them. Do not call them. For basic fix hardware/ software they might be able to fix but not major hardware problem.

The company is a fraud company…

The company is a fraud company regarding its commitment..its services and everything...first they took my laptop by fake promises..and then double the estimated money.. repair in so badly way...and charged double...they also promised me to repair the body ..and paste the part by glue and charged me 800rs for that..and internal issues repair charges doubled...so not satisfying at all..no communication they have..worst sevice provider..
