Best eyelash serum ever
Lash by Maya eyelash serum is the best serum I ever used for my lashes. I’m going to keep using it until my lashes grow longer.

This was my first and most certainly my last time ordering from your store.Intentional Deception: Let’s be clear—including the word "London" in your branding while operating as a non-European entity is a calculated and disgusting attempt to deceive customers. I trusted your brand specifically because I believed I was supporting a European business. Discovering that you are, in fact, a Chinese-operated company shipping from overseas is a fraudulent practice that I will not overlook. I am already preparing a formal file to report your deceptive marketing policies to the relevant consumer protection authorities.Incompetent Delivery: I explicitly provided my home address for delivery. Instead of fulfilling your basic obligation, you diverted my package to an automated box. I do not know how you operate in China or the USA, but in Europe, we expect businesses to respect the customer’s instructions. I refuse to rearrange my schedule to fix a mess caused by your logistics.Your behavior is professional negligence at best and a scam at worst. I have zero interest in excuses. I expect an immediate explanation for the delivery failure and a clear resolution.I sincerely hope that with such a disgraceful approach to business, your brand's presence on the market is short-lived.

I did buy the serum 3 stk and to me it was like wow it did work the smell of the serum is good i do have a sensibility to one of my eye but it was perfect and i have allergy to some products like loreal Paris but to me this product of you it did make wonders it was perfect good to the price the color of the bottle and product is good and i did use 1 time a day it did make his job for the price and for my sensibility is so perfect and make wonders wow like this is must be the products.Thank you that you make this product .Have a nice day

Amazing Results
I started using this lash serum in September and finished it last month. I saw very nice results after just a few weeks. My lashes grew a lot and looked longer and fuller. For the price, this serum is absolutely worth it. It works really well and I will definitely buy it again. I highly recommend it.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Abusive and rude representatives at lashbymayaa (double a). They claim to be the Middle East side. I am not sure if they are scammers. Do not buy from them.

I brought the lash serum and suffered a severe allergic reaction my eyes swelled and i couldnt see for days. They promised me a refund and never gave it. Very disappointed in this company

Do NOT make the same mistake as us. Stay away!!!ZERO customer service. No return policy. Shipping takes forever and the products are shipped from China - making me question the actual ingredients and whether it is wise to apply to any kind of skin....

Avoid this scam
I never received my order ! I contacted their support and they made excuses each time eventually saying that it was in transit , next thing it wasn’t . I have requested a refund . I doubt any of the good reviews here are true, go look at their social media page .. it’s an absolute scam . Lash by maya London?? Maybe lash by some dodgy factory in china.

Where is my package?!
So I ordered my lash serum, like over a month ago, and it has still not come. Ive been writing to the company, but it just says my messages does not go through. Then I wrote to them on the actual website (and guess what?- no response). When I look at the shipping, it says my package has been RETUREND to China?!.I feel like it's a total scam, which makes me a bit disappointed, because I was so exited for my lash serum- so I really hope that, they either send my lash serum soon or just refund my money, because I spend well over like 250 DKK to buy this lash serum.

I am sorry but the serum was bad for my lashes, at first I used it my lashes were constantly falling , I kept using it hoping it will stop, yet No, everyday I wake up to fallen lashes , even the small lashes would fall , and it did not add any length or thickness to my lashes , I wish I get a refund because I bought many bottles I had faith in this serum but turns it is bad for my eyes
