Complete embarrassment of a hotel. Stay away!
Complete embarrassment of a hotel and service. Booked it for it allows pets, then they modified the conditions arrogantly, even though it was not in their written conditions, claiming that it is only for small dogs and we can still visit, but our pet will sleep outside. Are they for real?As soon as you challenge their arrogance, they stop speaking English and switch to Italian, or better yet, no answer at all. Contacted the booking customer service and through their assistance we canceled for free the reservation. Imagine our surprise when we came back from the trip and realized they still have withdrawn the money from out account. We are following up on that now.Total fraud and definitely to be avoided!
