They advertise that they offer a free League of Legends coaching session, but when I asked the customer support they told me they don't offer coaching for Eastern Europe players, naming it a "waste of their time".They literally said Eastern Europe players aren't valuable.
their site says that they offer free coaching and if you like it you can pay them for a premium version of the coaching and after you fill out everyting they want they invite you to their discord where your supposed to text them after they rudely let me wait for more than 30 mins they told me. They dont offer free coaching for my region and gave me 25% discount which felt only to make the price normal not actually discount to price. to make it better i would like to say them first hand which regions they dont offer the free coaching
