I ordered a product from them back in April. It is now nearing the end of September. I tried multiple times to contact them through emails and calls, no replies to either and they have an automated voice system that always says they're busy even when I call right when they open. I want a refund but this site honestly seems like scam and I've been duped, don't make the same mistake!!!!
I usually don't buy this type of stuff online, but I was happy I did. What a selection! Pretty much anything a woman would want in hair extensions and accessories. I found everyone to be courteous, prompt, and providing superior customer service.
