Order some spare keys as these were keenly priced. Unfortunately 1 didn’t work, but these things do happen. When I reported this I was quickly sent a replacement with no quibbles which arrived promptly. So all in all I’m super happy with the service. The mark of a good company is what they do when something goes wrong. Couldn’t be happier with the service and speedy response and will defo use again if the need arises.
Geoff was super helpful when my new key got stuck in the door. Helped me to get it out and avoid potential hefty locksmith costs. He is very knowledgeable and was able to help me make sure there was also no problem with the new keys - which there wasn’t and aftercare. Very reassuring and excellent customer service. Was looking to get a single key cut. The lock's own factory key cutting service was £12 dearer so decided to use Lockshop Warehouse. Ordering was so easy. The key arrived the next day and fits really well. Wont hesitate to order from this company again
I ordered locks and keys from Geoffrey over 2 years ago. I had an issue with the APECS keys as the plastic became brittle. Emailed Geoffrey Saturday to see what could be done. Got an immediate response, a series of emails to progress both Saturday and Sunday. BY 10.49 am Monday morning, he has contacted APECS and has replacement keys arriving with me tomorrow.That is Customer Service in a nutshell.
I was drawn to LSW due to the competative pricing but I have been blown away by the customer service. I spoke with Geoff while placing my order to make sure I ordered the correct item when ordering additional Ultion locks and keys to match my existing keycode.I recieved my new locks and keys quickly and Geoff was incredibly helpful fixing one of the replacement locks after I broke it.Fantastic service and I would recommend for any future lock/key purchases.
I bought x2 keyed alike Abus padlocks from Lockshop Warehouse a couple of years ago - the price was the best I could find and the service was great. I have just gone back to Geoffrey at LW to get an Abus bike lock keyed to the padlocks and he went above and beyond for me, working through the opaque Abus procedures to help figure out what would work for me. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
I used this firm to source a new Union sash lock to replace a 20-year old one that was failing. Ordered on Monday morning, delivered on Tuesday morning, fitted 10 minutes later.Clear website, good service and a competitive price. Would happily recommend.
I've ordered a couple of locks off this company & I'm really impressed with all aspects of dealing with them. Very competitive pricing, easy purchase, fast delivery & shipping. The last order I placed within 5 min of placing the order they called me just to confirm the address was all correct & confirmed would ship the nxt day.the products were as expected including the extra keys I ordered.

Fantastic service - I needed spare Ultion keys. They were ordered on Friday and arrived the next day (Saturday). Genuine Ultion keys, cheaper than the manufacturer for the same thing.
Fantastic service. I had a new door fitted with Ultion locks that have a code for cutting.These guys were half of the price from elsewhere.Next day delivery and keys exactly the same as the manufacturer keys the lock came with.Would definitely recommend 👌🏻
My old door lock was broken and I needed a like-for-like replacement. I wasted a lot of time on the internet trying to find it before calling Lockshop Warehouse. The gentleman there was able to correctly identify it within a couple of minutes. They had it in stock and shipped the next day with spare keys. Super service and the gentleman on the phone could not have been more knowledgable, helpful or friendly. Very impressive

Geoff is an absolute superstar, and also offers TOP quality products that you will NOT FIND elsewhere in the UK. I needed a high security lock, and Geoff helped me via a series of technical emails. For a relatively low value order, to receive this level of expert support in the UK is now almost non-existent. Geoff - I will definitely be back.
I was really impressed with the communication from these guys. The item I wanted was out of stock with a manufacturing delay. They kept me informed, offered alternatives, and made an effort to ship the item promptly when it came back in to stock. Appreciated!

I ordered 5 Abus padlocks from Lockshop as the price for 5 was the best I could find online - about £85 delivered. The buying process was simple but I was a bit surprised that it took at least 12 hours before I got an email stating that my order was in place - these days online purchases normally mean an email in the inbox within a few minutes. So that left me a bit disturbed. However I got an email saying the padlocks had been ordered and they arrived very quickly and were exactly as ordered. So apart from the issue with the email this was an OK experience.
I placed an order Friday 3rd Feb, which said on the website to expect delivery Tuesday 7th Feb. The funds were withdrawn from my account at the point of order (£210.60). I was immediately emailed by the company with an invoice attached stating order placed 3rd Feb, delivery 1-2 business days. Of course, this reinforced the website expectation of two business days (Monday 6th, Tuesday 7th). Accordingly, I confidently booked a fitter for 10th Feb to allow for any delay in shipping.Monday 6th I received an email telling me there was no stock, a delivery was expected at the end of February, putting delivery at the beginning of March. There was no apology, just a request to hold my order for a month. I was quite dismayed at this and said I was unable to wait and what alternatives could be offered. I received a quite curt response telling me there is a small note on the webpage telling me they are out of stock. I was not happy with this response, after all when I placed the order it told me delivery 7th Feb, when I received my invoice it implied 7th Feb, yet I was being told it is my fault for not ignoring the two very clear messages and instead rummaging around for small print on the site.I asked for a refund and also put in a PayPal claim for a refund as the seller could not fulfill the order as per the 7th Feb expectation they set at the point of order and in the invoice they emailed to me. I explained to the seller that I could not wait and also that I had made the refund process simple by contacting PayPal so it was simply a ‘one-click’ for the seller and the matter was resolved.Instead of simply doing this I had a very rude response from Geoffrey Campbell, again, blaming me for accepting the quoted date on the site and in the emailed invoice and telling me at no point did they say delivery would be Tuesday 7th, despite me having it clearly, in writing from them only 3 days prior. He went on to say the quoted delivery of 1-2 business days was also not able to be relied upon.I was quite shocked at how poor the customer service was and completely stunned that the company could email you an invoice with a delivery expectation of 7th Feb then claim at no point did they say what was written on their invoice. I wish I could upload a picture to allow readers to see the invoice I was sent stating this delivery timescale in writing.I have received a refund, blocked the very rude Geoffrey from sending me further correspondence and also found a company that will get me the item Wednesday 8th at less than half the price.I have to thank PayPal for their amazing service with unscrupulous companies, I do feel the outcome would have been very different if I had paid by debit card as the service was most unhelpful from The Lockshop-Warehouse, whom I felt would not have refunded me without the immediate assistance of PayPal.
We had a Solidor installed a while back and after getting locked out far too many times by leaving a key on the inside, I decided to source a replacement Ultion WXM lock with an internal thumbturn.All you have to do is measure the lock and order the correct size you would think. However, I measured the existing lock as being 37mm either side and Ultion only offer it as 35mm/35mm or 40mm/40mm apparently, meaning it would either be too short or too long.I contacted lots of authorised resellers of Ultion locks, I contacted Ultion, I contacted Solidor and I contacted the company who put the door in for us.Without fail we were met with either no reply (the most common with companies doubling up as locksmiths and resellers who don't answer emails or the phone), a reply that was pointless and totally bereft of any product knowledge or common sense, or a reply where they told me to just go bigger (40mm).Then I stumbled across Lockshop Warehouse. I rang and spoke to Geoff who explained that although Ultion's 35/35 lock is sold as that, it is actually 37/37! He also mentioned that if I had gone with the other advise the 40/40 from Ultion is actually 42/42!Why oh why does no one else know this? If you are an authorised reseller of this product you should know this surely? So an instant answer without messing, a warm chat and simple answers to a couple of other questions, product ordered and in my door within 5 days (and it had to come via Ultion as I wanted to my existing key code).Very good prices and will definitely be ordering some extra locks already quoted for shortly.Highly recommended.
Extremely impressive service and knowledge provided by Geoff. Really took the time to understand my needs and find a solution in what was a niche situation. Was always happy to answer the many questions I had and happy to review photos and check the proposed solution would work. Geoff even went to the effort of calling lock manufacturers to check if they would be able to offer a certain type of lock.Had I have not spoken to Geoff I would have purchased a solution which wouldn't have actually worked and would've wasted my money. Prices were competitve and fair.Thank you Geoff.
