Love MAC products – but not the webshop
I love the MAC products – but their webshop is just not up to the task. It has many technical flaws and glitches, that makes a lacking user experience.

Not just problematic but completely not functional website
Even though MAC products are nice, they have the most horrible website one can ever navigate through. I'm talking about the Nordic one.I signed up with my email and was supposed to get a welcoming discount. I got the code later on but no matter how many times I tried to activate, it didn't work, saying that it is either expired or invalid.Also, I log in, the page welcomes me with my name and below it states that they don't recognise my account and ask me to log in.. 🤯The refreshing of the page is slow and the "available" chat for customer support, never works..I really wonder how such a huge international company accepts treating its customers in such an amateur and dysfunctional way!Even though there is a nice offer of a makeup kit that I really wanted to buy and it's even in their "goodbye" products which means I'm going to miss both the offer and probably the kit itself for ever, I can't but give up trying to log in since the offer expires tomorrow and I'm utterly exhausted mentally.I did a last attempt to message them on Messenger through their Facebook page but they don't even have that option, neither an email address anywhere to find.I gave two stars just because of the products. Otherwise, they would deserve -5☆.Thank you MAC. Excellent experience.. 👍😒
