Shameful
I have been trying to cancel my monthly order since August last year. Thry continue to take almost R2000 from my account every month. It has finally come to a stop. I have the monthly stock sitting in boxes ready to be returned, but in signing the form I waiver my rights, this includes postage! Its R75 every time! And now I must pay for returns as well. That is total insult to injury given if I could afford it I wouldn't be stopping my supply. I am disgusted at the service and total disregard and lack of care for a long standing supporter of this product. This has caused me so much anxiety. I am at my wits end as not sure how to fix this extremely simple situation. U basically stole my money ' im demanding u return it. End of story. U should be ashamed!

Mannatech steals from customer credit cards
Mannatech has now stolen money from my credit card for the third time. Sending me products I did not order. They take no responsibility for this, rather forcing me up jump through excessive hoops, holding my money for months and forcing me to cover interest on the credit card payments. Their customer service representatives provide no assistance whatsoever. It is disgraceful that an alleged wellbeing company can operate while treating humans with such disrespect and disregard. I am hoping to cancel my account but who knows, probably get sent something I didn’t order in another few months.

Mannatech uses buzz words but not science
My MiL has been on Mannatech for years and has encouraged me to use their products. I know she deeply believes in them, but going onto their so called Cdn site I was dumbstruck by all the “keywords” utilised, without ANY medical information included- cell to cell communication?? Which cells and how is this possible pathophysiologically? Sorry I am looking for specific things such as GI support as I have a medical condition that needs some targeted support? Also menopause is real and I would like to try to use a supplement that could help with this specifically. They are trying to sell u their business in order to buy it for 49.99 Cdn-!but no knowledge spoken ethically? Or using correct medical terminology- I am also

Luminovation skincare with its benefits is not my favorite. Wash and toner all agents stories from no make up remover IS NOT TRUE ,u still need to use makeup remover after 3 weeks using facewash just landed in a humid country ,face wash reacts super oily in a short period of an hour. After a launch there was before and afters where the young woman look the same and not for African ladies as she looked horrible after.U decide for the price u expect a miricle ,product not suitable for everyone.I'll stay with Estee lauder thank you.

Still waiting on my refund
Was very ill with the product so they accepted a return and said they would refund me. Been 2 months now with many promises, but still do not have refund.Despite the response below, I have done that already 4 times, just useless, more and more failed promises. Also note this is a UK review, but no UK telephone number, so I am expected to also chase US, Spain etc. Just stay away from this company and save your money.

Money taken, but no goods. Check your accounts!
Day 35 of trying to get my money back from Mannatech! My wife is an associate and Mannatech has, belatedly, agreed to refund the final £56.25 of three orders that were never delivered... this totalled over £230 held by Mannatech in accounts for over a year. Mannatech has benefitted from holding my money and been in clear breach of contract under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (payments made for goods never received). As of today, the final £56.25 has not been refunded... despite Mannatech claiming they paid it back last week! Then they wanted to check a bank account that they had refunded £177 to just two weeks ago... either delaying tactics or just complete incompetence.In all three instances Mannatech simply took money and never provided any goods. All of these instances were Mannatech's errors, not ours. Yet when the company's customer services department contacts you they make out they're doing you the biggest favour ever when, in fact, they have effectively stolen money and kept it in their accounts. A message to any Mannatech associate... a simple check of my wife's activity being an associate (for just over 2 years) highlighted over £230 of funds taken out of our bank account with no goods ever received. I urge all Mannatech associates to check the full history of your dealings with this company as it might highlight similar discrepancies in your accounts. Indeed, I know of another associate who is owed a hell of a lot more (around £2K). Check all your orders and bank statements to make sure you haven't been charged for goods you never had...

Extremely Poor Service and ordinary products
I ordered some products. They made me violently ill, so contacted the company, they sent me a label to return. I did that expecting a refund. A week later I get them back, with another almost $550 charge to my CC. I complained again so they told me to return them again. That time I had to pay for shipping which was almost $34. I did get the the almost $1100 back as credit, but they changed me for returning both shipments which ended up being about $46. Very poor business on their part and the products were unimpressive with getting so sick.
