Late to the party!
I haven't shopped with Matches for a while, but really liked their iconic boxes and wondered if they were sold separately... Well I was surprised they no longer existed as I had I always managed to get lovely items from them, which by the way, was the only way to acquire said boxes... Well can't say I'm not disappointed as it seems all the good exclusive online fashion sites are dwindling...But to further emphasise how good these boxes are, I have at least 5 of them for years now and they're still going strong... Looked on ebay and can you believe one was going for nigh on 90£ plus p&p... Outrageous!!! Gone but not forgotten.

FRAUD! BE CAREFUL WHEN U BUY HERE
I ordered 2 times. First time it came, all good. Second time I ordered and it was sent back. There was no refund done from the MATCHES side, even though they received the item back. I was waiting for it and no information from their side. Then I contacted them and they told me, that they won`t talk about this purchase because the time is expired for the refunds.... So I don`t have the belt and no money back.. 550 EURO just for nothing an they keep the Gucci belt for themselves? How does this work? The customer care is below ALL THE NORMS!! No focus on the individual touch - chat GPT answers and you get crazy while chatting with robots, because it is still just AI. Very disappointing, unfortunately.. feel betrayed by MATCHES! :(

Holy moly… took me a hot minute to realize that Matches is no longer! Sooo sad by the whole story. Did not know! I wrote them severals mails to unblock me, then I went to Google and find out the article!!! One of the best site for all designers in one place. I was a seasonal shopper, summer items only, roksanda was one of my favorite… Will miss them tremendously. Hopefully they will sought out the situation and get back to business soon. Thanks for excellent customer service and for all your beautiful packaging. Hope to shop with you soon. Best regards.

Can anyone pls explain me what happened with MATCHES, i was shopping there and suddenly the website closed down. Im reading some comments here that people missed it while others are happy with their purchase

DO NOT BUY FROM MATCHES!!!!!!!!!!Please people stop giving 5 stars for your previous experience from years and years ago. This company has gone into administration so your positive reviews from years ago are still bumping up their trust pilot review. If you want to be ripped off to the tune of almost £2000 like myself shop away with them but be warned they don’t offer refunds and they don’t respond to emails. My experience has been a sobering one and there are countless others who have and are having the same experience as I had. Yes they were once a great company until the boss of Sports Direct took over and decided he would change the refund policy overnight whilst your items are in transit or have just arrived and are not fit for purpose. Thankfully my credit card company are involved and are trying to assist but this isn’t the same for everyone. Be warned…. Your hard earned money isn’t for this appalling man to do as he wishes with. You would be an utter fool to be spending with this company. Yes there are some great reduced sale prices on this site but he is selling off stock due to being in administration… but be warned again you won’t get that refund. He is a fraudster and he’s getting away with it. Just click on all the 1 star reviews and read for yourself!

Just wait until you need to return something
Yes they will take your money and deliver the items but wait until you need to return something. They misrepresented some white pants on the website and didn't show how transparent they were. When I received them and tried them on it was cleare there was no way I could wear them being so see through so I returned them at cost the next day. They refused my return, I needed to get American Express involved and now all of a sudden they lie and say there were stains on them (there wasn't - unworn!). Do not buy!!!
