Great product
Great product! People commonly think I'm 10 years younger than my age. Skin is health and looks good. A little pricy, but I have decided it is worth it thus far.

I purchased the meaningful beauty kit with the free items you can pick . Products we're packaged very nicely and arrived quickly. Once you have the items to try, their website is very easy to cancel or modify your subscription. UnfortunatelyThe products irritated my skin and had to contact customer service. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend for you to try the products, because even though they didn't work for me, they may work for you.
Love this skincare line!!
I ordered a little trial size set for my wife to try and see if it was something she liked. I get home today and I’ve got another package from them. I call and the say oh you signed up for a subscription (which I didn’t ) if you want to cancel it’s an additional $202 dollars more. How when I never signed up for it. I said I’ll pay for this box you delivered but I want it cancelled and my credit card deleted. That’s the other problem I’ve got with the company my credit card. I never asked for it to be saved to the site and it won’t let me delete from their site which is really screwed up. When I called to have that removed customer service wouldn’t remove it either. So they are holding my credit card info and however many other clients as well without being able to delete it. Not a company I’m real happy deal with anymore which sucks cause my wife liked some of the product in the trial pack. Be careful when ordering I know I will in the future.
Relatively new to meaningful beauty, however not impressed with customer service or their website. I received second package with products but cleanser leaked out in box. Called to get replacement which was mid Jan/2026, customer said they would send another replacement. After 3 weeks & checking website no information available. Called again and told it was delivered on Feb 2, I never received shipping info or any tracking info. Package was left on floor of apartment parcel pending room. By this time package was gone which prompted another phone call. So as of Feb 20 still no replacement or info & customer service just telling you lies. Another concern is their advisement of $49+ shipping/taxes is a monthly charge, shipments are every three months. Cleverly insinuating to the consumer that you’re actually paying $49 for one box.
Always a good experience. Customer service is great. Thank you. Elena.
I ordered one thing for my wife on Christmas….. the next month they sent another box that valued at $260 which I never wanted or asked for….. they charge your card $85 a month until the 260 is paid. Scammers do not use them. They have numerous Better Business Bureau complaints.
Helpful great product
This is scam !!!!!!
in the beginning of trying to contact meaningful beauty, it was not a great experience. However, when I asked to have a review of my account, it was a completely different experience. The 3rd experience was even better
I have tried to cancel my meaningful beauty subscription 3 times since October of 2025. I have email confirmation of cancellation and screenshots of conversations with a meaningful beauty representative, and I still was sent more product and charged for it. So frustrating!! I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years, but needed to cancel to save money. It should not be this difficult!!
Overall out all the skin products I have tried in my 38 years, these are NOT for the answer. dry skin and pimples. I now use cereve full time. Also my retinol from the doc is way better than this and less $$$ than the retinol included with the kit. ps- I woke up at 1am this morning to a notification purchase to a 3 month subscription to Cindy’s box of junk. I NEVER KNOWINGLY SIGNED UP FOR A. SUBSCRIPTION! BAD BUSINESS AND BAD KARMA.
This company is a rip off. I ordered the promotional product at 49.00. They shipped full sized and now charging Over 300, For these greasy items. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone. The are deceiving people.
Love my Meaningful Beauty products. I am always kept abreast of my orders. Wonderful service.
Absolutely garbage. Tiny sample products at inflated prices. Customer service? What customer service? Good luck with that. I’ll be disputing charges since no one has helped in any way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Love my skin care
Products were sent that I did not order. I returned them and they reimbursed me only for the product but they charged me shipping for both ways. The products are ok but not that different from store products but much more expensive
I have used meaning for beauty for many years. I’m always receiving compliments on my skin. I also love that I can change my order to my needs.
I've been using MB since 2012 I think?? I've never had any issues and love their products. Within the last year they underwent a website renovation and since that time things have changed with the company. The website is no different, the customer service went downhill and the packaging is waaaaaaaaaaay smaller - yes I noticed! In October, my shipment came with double of everything and I was charged over $400.00. When I called to report the issue, MB said I would need to return everything (even my regular products) AND pay the return shipping! After arguing with them over many different phone conversations, they finally took care of the issue. Then this month I noticed a separate $4.00 charge on top of my monthly installments. I haven't even had time to call them about this yet. I'm assuming customer service has been outsourced now. The whole ordeal has just left a bad taste in my mouth enough to make me walk away from continuing to use their products altogether. Shame on you Cindy!
this is a dishonest company. For instance, they sold the product for $63 before Christmas. And now they want another $129. for the product
