Researched this “company” after receiving a phone call. There is no host for the website address listed above. Fraudulent. I am going to report to our Secretary of state in New Hampshire. It was obviously one of those Telemarketing situations with many voices in the background calling other folks. They were asking me about knee and back pain and told me that I would be eligible for Support to help cope with those issues. I told them I was going to research them first.
