Worst customer service I have ever seen in my “Life” she goes by the name of Jenn! I called to cancel an order that I didn’t make and was told I couldn’t get a refund. She said no refunds and I cannot help you period!Her attitude and unprofessionalisim is making me not want to use the vitamins I purchased from Megafood, because of her. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that one wasn’t available. Stay away from this company at all costs.There are way better whole food vitamins available. Shame on you Megafood and “Jenn”
