Poor Communication, No Ticket
If I could give them no stars, I certainly would. My son and I are scheduled to go see a concert tonight and did not get a ticket by the time provided i.e. one day before the concert. No communication whatsoever. I had to call and their customer service is closed. Emailed them and received the notice the next day that the ticket was no longer available. I was offered me another seat and a horrible location at no discount. Surprisingly, when I went onto Ticketmaster, there were plenty of seats available in the area. However, I had to pay double the price because it was a last minute purchase. Now I have to wait 10 days for a refund!! Total scam and poor customer service.

I purchased resell tickets for a comedian near the city I live in because AMEX had a promo. The day of the show I did not get a single email with the tickets and when I went to their website to check it still said that it was processing. It was a friday night and I was desperate to get my tickets since I was on my way to the theatre and I remembered a received an email from a representative so I immediately email them and call Megaseats and they were out of office. The good news is that after submitting a claim to get reimbursed I received it which is great. But I still invested time and gas to go, trusting that I had tickets purchased. But I think they should have 24/7 support for these type of scenarios since shows and concerts happen mostly at night and on the weekends. I am glad I got my refund but it was still a frustrating experience.

It was very easy to navigate the site and purchase the tickets. The one improvement I would suggest is that you can actually see the actual seats rather than just the row. My elderly mother loves the theater and I always want seats on the end of the aisle where it is easy for her to sit and enter/exit.

I ordered tickets that were no longer available. However, I was able to purchase the same seats from Ticketmaster. There should be a way to automatically removed tickets if they have been sold or if the seller changes their mind.

I bought the tickets with instructions that I would pick them up at will call. There were no tickets at the window so I had to buy them again. When I called MEGAseats a few days later I was told they had sent me my tickets via email. I found the email with the tickets. Why did they tell me to go to will call in the first place with no indication that they could do it differently at the last minute? No refund.
