Fantastic company. I ordered a replacement glass lid for my aquarium and despite being well packaged, the courier company appeared to have smashed the glass in transit. One email to Midland Waterlife and a replacement lid was sent the next day, without further questions or costs. Amazing service and will happily buy online from them in the future.
I placed an order on 21 November and it arrived on the 24. Excellent and expeditious. I will certainly use them in the future.
although the delivery was good when i opened the parcel ( wrapped in bubble wrap which looked like it had previously been used to wrap coal it was filthy, ) i ordered 2 blagdon impellars one was in packed how it should be and the other just wrapped in the dirty black coloured bubble wrap, not a very good advertisement for this company... order id :22-11801-74397

Pitiful service, placed an order on the 2nd of June today is the 17th and have received nothing, no communication or response from seller, there are far better companies out there, i’d steer well clear
